The service and kindness of this family owned business is the icing on the cake to their delicious goodies. We came in feeling a little guilty with it being close to closing. I ordered the cookie with gelato and they baked it fresh. They even gave us a delicious cake on the house for our wait. The cookie was amazing and totally worth the wait. The hospitality and service was even more exceptional. 10/10 recommend

The environment is so clean and aesthetically pleasing. Their cakes are very delicious!! I always get their Lotus and Tres leches cakes. Only reason I’d have rated them lower is because they run out of the cake so quick and I’ve wasted my time a couple of times. They have a Great customer service too! Xx.

If you're ever in Orland Park and want some great tasting gelato, visit Mastic Gelato. I had the pistachio Gelato, mom had oreo. I also got a slice of pistachio Tres leches. So stop by for great customer service and Gelato

We came here with my family who have come here on multiple occasions before, and it definitely did not disappoint. It is by far one of the best gelato places I have ever been to. The graphics on the walls are so awesome, and really remind you of back home. The space is very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I ordered the classic Mastic flavor and it was delicious. My sister tried the coffee and said that it was her least favorite flavor of all the other flavor she had tried. Everyone seem to thoroughly enjoy their dessert. The manager even came out and gave us a few free slices of cake which were also all delicious and moist. I highly recommend stopping by and giving this place a try! You won’t be disappointed!

Delicious gelato and sweet spot to eat it. If you're looking for a cool treat, be sure to stop by. Our kids enjoyed cotton candy and lemon. I thought the coconut was awesome.

Beautiful place. Great customer service. Very welcoming ☺️ Tasty gelato 🍨
I ordered the coconut gelato with the chocolate sauce (Ferrero Rocher I believe). It tasted like an almond joy 😋 🤤. Next time I’ll get the cake. I tried a sample and it was delicious 😋

It was one of the best gelato locations around Chicago suburbs. The service was beyond INCREDIBLE!
