Every time I go, I have a wonderful experience. The front desk staff take the time to know us by name, check us in quickly and without issue.
All the therapists, have listened to my concerns and my trouble areas.
I always leave refreshed and happy

The girl at the front desk is always nice & does so well checking you in. The couple massages I’ve had were below average. I don’t think they have experienced people that know what they’re doing. The third time I went I got a facial. The girl who did it, made it very clear she didn't like that I was using a gift card? She asked me how I was paying before the massage.. I think she thought I wouldn’t tip, so she was super rude the whole time. I don’t look like someone who doesn’t pay, trust me. Her facial was so bad. She dug into my skin so hard for black heads where I was just about bleeding. It was so painful. And then she basically just kept using a hot towel on my face. Not a facial. She kept lecturing me on how I need to exfoliate more, and made it clear she didn’t want me there. I felt so disrespected and I’m one of the nicest people. Go spend your money somewhere else. You’ll regret coming here.

I just have to brag on my massage lady Libin. She is amazing! She is kind and really works the stress out. I've been going for years and she is the best. I always book with her because I know I will so good and relaxed when she is done!! Book with Libin you won't regret it!! She gives great foot and head massages too. I'd rate her an 11 out of 10 for sure.

I came to the reviews wondering if it was just me. This was by far the worst massage I’ve ever had. I had a male whose name begins with a T. He took long pauses during the massage, he was very light with only rubbing like strokes when I actually booked a deep tissue massage. When I asked him for more pressure he put all of his body weight on me and it was painful. There was no in between. He pretty much stated that he’s preserving his hands and body so he doesn’t exhaust himself because he has more years to work. It totally showed in his work. I’ll most likely never go back, although the front desk was very nice… I’d even missed the initial appointment and they got me rebooked right away.

I would give a zero. I had a massage there about a year ago and the therapist seemed annoyed and defensive (I told her to really get into those knots) and the massage itself was disappointing. So I thought I would give it another whirl - arrived early - filled out paperwork prior to visit. So I waited and waited - therapist was a no show. So I am not going back

I have been getting a massage here for maybe three years now.
I get a deep tissue massage once a month. I have never had a bad massage but that would be because I have the best massage therapist, LIBIN. She is the best. She is the only massage therapist I see. Libin always ask if there are any areas that need extra attention. Love the scalp, hand and foot massage. I am very relaxed and refreshed after leaving my appointment and always look forward to the next one. I recommend booking your next massage with Libin. ⭐️⭐️
