I read some of the other reviews because I was confused why their rating is so low. I have been going here for about 2 years now and always had a great experience. I have nerve damage in my neck and they have always been able to take the pain away. Of course it will never fully go away due to the issue I have it usually gives me about 6 months of relief.

During the massage, the masseuse informed me she wanted to charge me an extra $10 because I wanted back and shoulder only. She said it was more “work” for her. Then when I went to pay she complained how “tired” her hands were. I won’t bother going back.

I think this was quite literally the worst massage I’ve ever gotten. Her technique was absolutely terrible and I was given a hand towel to cover my entire body. She would squirt cold oil directly on to my body, and there was another woman there who kept interrupting us. The sheets smelled of mold and the woman giving me my massage kept pulling my shorts down to expose me. After I paid she begged for my money. Highly unprofessional and severely under qualified. I doubt this woman is state board certified in massage therapy.

After coming here many years and recommending many people I will not be doing so any more and changing my rating! I went to get my massage like I have been doing every 2-3 weeks for the last 4 years and she told me it would be 80$ for a hour. It clearly says $70 on their sign. I asked why and she said she wasn’t the boss and the last girl was new and that’s why she did it for $70. Absolutely ridiculous… I literally stood up and started getting dressed while she was trying to explain herself. I’m done, won’t be going back unless they want to make this right!! I’d recommend this place to anyone. I go weekly and always feel so comfortable and relaxed. I have major tension and chronic pain in my shoulders and neck and since coming here I have less pain than I’ve ever had. I’ve also have a lot of massages from all over the world and Ada and Sarah are two of the best!!

Based on the other reviews it sounded like morning time is the best time to go as they are not as busy. I went on a Friday morning and had an excellent experience! The prices are good for the area. I tipped more than I usually do when I paid, as it was a better massage than I have had at some other places! I also hadn’t had one in a long while, and the lady I had was very friendly, and accommodating.
