Detail: I’m a big believer in the health benefits of massage. I’ve had hundreds of appointments all over the US and in other countries as well. I try to go every few weeks. Mila is easily one of the best I’ve ever been to.

I made an appointment with Mila because I had an acute issue with my neck and shoulder, and my regular therapist was out of town.

Mila’s approach is much different than the norm. Instead of the usual Swedish, deep tissue, or sports massage, she customizes the massage to each individual’s needs. She makes those choices as she’s working on you and finds issues.

She’s also great about checking with you. She’ll ask if the pressure is to soft or too deep, or if something hurts.
For my shoulder, she thought cupping would be good. I’d never had that before. The cups are like suction cups that draw the muscle out to stretch it. It found it interesting and enjoyed it. It does leave round marks that look like bruises, no pain or swelling, just a mark that will fade over the next several days.

About 36 hours after my first appointment, I was back to no pain and full range of motion.

Mila’s bedside manner is perfect. She is thoughtful, considerate and compassionate. She genuinely cares about her clients. She starts the session by asking what you’re hoping to achieve so she can help you get there.

Mila did a great job in making my back feel better. 10/10 would recommend going back! She’s very kind and has a passion for her work, and she actually cares about taking care of the client rather than just doing a half way job. Before I came in I would have random back spasms from the pain on my lower back, and now I feel physically and mentally great. She also did an amazing job in explaining her process so I can understand how certain massage techniques work. Again very professional,100/100 would recommend to go for an appointment.

I have been seeing Mila for a post-op lymphatic drainage for the last 5 weeks. She's very kind, knowledgeable, thorough and consistent with her work. She has been helping me a lot with my recovery. After each session my body feels lighter, my stomach is less swollen. She told me what I can do at home myself between sessions which I have been implementing and I am very happy with my results.
