My husband and I had an enjoyable experience with Michelle and Miracle in the couples massage therapy. He fell asleep for a short time and it was hilarious. My in laws gave me a gift card for Christmas for the Massage Heights Chino Hills. I finally carved out time to make it there. Let me tell you, the service here is top notch and very professional. My masseuse Yesenia was AMZING! She really asked those important questions on what areas I needed more focus on, she took her time and always checked in with me to see how I was feeling. She was very friendly and personable. 5 star service I received all around. Thank you, I will be back soon.

Traci is mindful and excellent massager!
She knows what I needed, the pressure she used it was just right and to the point. She make me feel relaxed like in the clouds. The bed was so warm that I didn’t want it to get up when she finished! WOW I liked it! It was awesome! Thank you Traci! I recommend her!

I was a first time customer so I received half off. The room was cool but the massage bed was heated Md several blankets making you feel so warm and cozy. What I appreciated was all the extra little touches such as the heated neck pillow, how she propped me up instead of laying flat when I turned over. She always made sure I was very comfortable. And April was amazing! I wanted a relaxation massage and she did such a great massage. I will definitely be booking her net time but for 90 min!

I've had a membership with massage heights, for over 3 years. I experienced the change of ownership and took hits for club changes and some rate changes. I looked forward to continuing my membership until mismanagement and lack of communication occurred one.. two .. THREE many times. So many small inconveniences, management responses and lack of accommodations when things occurred outside my control or club cancellation/rescheduling. I've always enjoyed my massages with a therapist Kate, her hands are MAGIC. She will be missed but looking forward to being released of club monthly fees, and poor management, and effective communication.

BOOK SHANNON!! You won’t be disappointed
I just came back from a missions trip in El Salvador and a realigning was definitely needed. Shannon pays attention to detail and knows how to adjust pressure as needed, and just turned my massage into an experience. I feel she went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and worked out all my travel knots. She’s kind and overall AMAZING
