I had a 90 minute massage with Sarah today and it was excellent! I have been looking for a go to therapist after recently moving back to Birmingham and I am happy to say Sarah is my new go to massage therapist!

Please be aware of this Racist location at Greystone. Briana the manager has a nonchalant attitude, lack leadership and resolution skills. My cousin and I had an appointment set on the wrong date by staff and we were completely brushed off, not to mention the waiting area was as empty as the parking lot. This place is unprofessional at its finest. Years of having a membership means nothing to them. They do not value all customers the same. Briana next time someone has a complaint say more than "oh nothing can be done" also look for training. Yet M. Envy sends out texts asking for customers to book appts when y'all notice business is slow.

racist location. do not go to GREYSTONE location! save yourself the trouble and go to a better location. Hoover or Tuscaloosa! my mother and aunt scheduled appointments and the receptionist made a mistake and booked the appointment for the wrong date & they drove hours to this appointment and the receptionist did not even offer to squeeze them in when there hardly had any clients in the building! when this was THEIR receptionist mistake by the name of Angel!!! I am a licensed esthetician in the state of AL and this is unacceptable and poor business! This location needs to be shutdown and will be getting in contact with corporate to move forward.

Scheduled an appointment less than 24 hours out for my underage daughter. I was not able to drive to the location to sign the release and needed to cancel/reschedule. I was charged for the appointment. No flexibility offered.

WORST massage I’ve ever had will NOT be going back. The masseuses name is Rebekah and she covered me in oil and was greased up all over my body so much I had to wipe my back before leaving and had to get a shower when I got home because she got it all up in my hair….came in for an hour massage and all I got was her stretching me and pressure points. And her digging in my back were I knew I was sore but didn’t want the knots taken out because I knew it would hurt. And to top it off she ended my hour massage 10 mins early. Am just a mom who wanted a nice relaxing massage for an WHOLE hour and instead I got 50 mins of torture.

Ashely had the lightest hands that ever touched my face. I just didn’t want it to end. It was a good time, I think she did it for almost and hour or so. Also I met Jacob on the front desk, he was really nice. Now I’m thinking should I try Jacob hands or keep with the amazing Ashely’s hand? What do you think?
