I adored the interior design of the building, the attention to detail, the services they offer, and the kindness and attentiveness of the majority of the staff.

There was, however, a young lady who was working the front desk midday who was a bit judgemental to my unconventionally dressed brother whom I brought along on vacation. I only mention it because I hope training on compassion is more integrated.

Other than that, we had such an excellent time and will consider stopping back by when we begin yearning for the lake views!

Marina Grand Resort was beyond my expectations. The suite we rented was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff was very professional and accommodating. The indoor pool and hot tub were extremely nice, especially during bitter cold months in the midwest. The arcade room was a big hit for our grandkids. The view was beautiful in all rooms..

Beautiful place. Very clean. We stayed here in the off-season, so it wasn't busy at all. We had the pool and hot tub to ourselves. It was great! Loved staying here!

Our Thanksgiving weekend at Marina Grand Resort was truly unforgettable, and so much of that was thanks to Keenan and the amazing team at the resort. From the moment we arrived, Keenan went out of his way to make sure our stay was seamless. He arranged for all of us to check into our rooms early, which was such a thoughtful gesture and really set the tone for a relaxing holiday.||But what really stood out was how Keenan went above and beyond to make our experience even more special. He took the time to help our family with our Christmas card photo. Not only did he assist with the picture, but his friendly and warm personality made the moment even more memorable. ||Beyond Keenan, the entire staff was exceptional. Every person we encountered was friendly, helpful, and dedicated to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone contributed to an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality.||Thank you, Keenan, and everyone at Marina Grand Resort, for making our Thanksgiving weekend so wonderful. We can't wait to return and will definitely be recommending this place to our friends and family!

This was the best stay I've ever experienced. I stayed for 5 nights in one of the 1 bedroom luxury suites for my birthday and I felt like a celebrity. The service was phenomenal at the resort and the restaurant. I never leave reviews but the service was too good not to. Keanan was so accommodating and McKenna, Hannah,Rosa and all the staff were so helpful. I can't wait to come back!

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel and the rooms are beautiful. We didn’t even want to leave our hotel it was so cozy. With a game room, pool, Ben and Jerry’s hotline, intimate “living room” lobby, restaurant, a fire place and large bathtub in your room you honestly wouldn’t have to go any where else! The staff were very friendly We will absolutely be back.

Our stay at he Marina Grand Resort was wonderful. The new decor is modern chic and beautiful. Rarely do I come to a place to stay, and it actually fiewls clean, . this place felt cleaned and looked clean. It's my only negative about our stay is that we have put in for housekeeping and we made a late brunch time so we could be gone when the housekeeping came, however, when we come back two hours later, housekeeping had not even been in our room yet, have to go to the front desk to request more towels. I also wish the restaurant on-site. Had more menu items for the dinner menu. I would still recommend this place to friends and family. It was a much needed time away from home..

Fantastic staff, really enjoyed the free wine tasting at checkin and loved hanging out in the living room by the fire!

The restaurant was great, the suite was fantastic with great views. Overall a great experience.
