We used Maple Grove Farm for my daughter’s 3rd birthday party. It was overall successful! Tim was great at answering all my questions & letting me come check out the area beforehand. I appreciated the covered pavilion area for setting up food/tables. It was also nice to get out of the sun! Additionally, they provided a fridge & freezer to store the food during the party. Caroline & Calen helped lead the kids through pony rides, petting the bunnies, rock climbing, jumping on the moon bounce, & doing the hay rides. I would recommend this venue for ages 3+ (the rock climbing wall is definitely meant for older kids). It was a fun party & all the kids seemed to really love it!

My only suggestion would be to space the parties out by an hour, not 30 minutes. I was the first party of the day so I had 30 minutes of uninterrupted time to set up everything before the party began. That was perfect & the right amount of time. Unfortunately the party after ours, arrived at 12:30 to set up for their 1:00 o’clock party, but our party didn’t end until 12:30! This meant we were in each other’s way because I needed to take down our decorations/load the car all while she was trying to bring in her stuff…so I was cutting into her 30 minute set-up time. I think giving everyone 30 minutes before & after would avoid this overlap and make it less stressful!

I supported one of the comments here, maybe is great for kids party (I cannot guarantee for sure) but for wedding venue was a little stressful for me. We continue with the plan because they will not refund the deposit which was $3000. You have to rent almost everything from them and the sad thing is the contract is not clear. THEY NEED TO UPDATE their CONTRACT and CLARIFY every point since the explanation is not clear and in the first meeting doesn’t explain anything like what to do and not to do. So, everything sounds cute at first…. Of course, he will not mention everything because you will say NO thank you I will find other place….. I understand is a business and they want money but be MORE CLEAR for every client next time…. And I know I was not the only one… I said in what moment I said yes to this venue and still I haven’t get my security deposit back I think is $500. well! Which was mentioned in the first meeting with the owner.. but I don’t know if someone got that.

I had my baby girls 2nd birthday party here. Everything was absolutely fabulous! The employees were very helpful. Tim (the owner) is as kind as can be! He did a great job communicating with me. My daughter and all of the guests had a wonderful time! The kids loved the moon bounce, hayride and petting zoo. I was a bit apprehensive and worried because it was raining that day, but Tim and his staff helped us work around the weather and we all ended up having a great time. The price wasn’t overrated at all. It’s actually very affordable for everything that’s included. I actually ended up leaving a personal item up there by mistake. It was a balloon blower. If someone wanted to take it, they very well could have- but I respected Tim and his staff even more when he informed me that he would keep it safe for me up there until I had time to come get it. I highly recommend Maple Grove Farms!

My sons party was today and omg it was raining allday, well during the hours of the party that is. We worked around it and Tim he gave me a little extra time being that we wasted time hoping the rain would go away. Above all, the kids enjoyed the bounce house and climbing the most along with petting zoo. Great staff, I recommend this place.

Celebrated my daughter's birthday, good space in the main hall. Got nice decoration area and pictures came great. All guests enjoyed patting animal and horse riding, hay ride. Saturday well spent !!!

This review is about my 6 year old's birthday party that was conducted in June 2022.
My older child had a wonderful birthday party at this farm in 2016. With this experience in mind, we reached out in 2022 to schedule my younger one's party. Right at the start there was a delay in responding to my request for an appointment to tour the place. I should have stopped there but having our earlier experience in mind, I was persistent. Finally we were able to get in touch with the owner and booked for a party. Unfortunately a little over a week before the party CoVID struck our family and I requested a reschedule for the safety of both the staff and the birthday attendees. Unfortunately, they declined our request to reschedule without a fee and we ended up paying a date change fee. Communication with the farm was very difficult, no one picked up the phone, there was delay in response but since we paid the deposit we decided to stick to this venue. Since we rescheduled the party, the number of attendees reduced drastically but we decided to go ahead anyway. A week or two before the party we asked for confirmation of the date change and received one. On the day of the party, there was ABSOLUTELY NO ONE at the venue when we arrived 30 minutes before the party time. The place was empty and we didn't know what to do. No one picked up the phone and there was nothing we could do. The place was not cleaned and the trash was full from a previous party. Fortunately we saw someone working on the adjacent house backyard and they called the owner who had apparently FORGOTTEN about the birthday party and was doing some other chore. He said he forgot he had a party scheduled and had sent his team home (despite us having paid for the date change and the deposit for the party) but he called his son and they quickly whipped up something and conducted the party. It was very embarrassing because the place was still being setup when the guests started arriving. We also had to end it early since the owner had to go somewhere. This was the most disappointing experience we have had among all the birthday parties we have conducted and wish the owner would spend more time and effort in making the place more customer-friendly, attentive and welcoming.
