7 degrees outside 60 degrees inside. Room was cold on arrival. Heater was not on at that time. Turned it to the highest setting, thinking it should warm up when I came back later. Leftapprox 6:30 pm and arrived back at about 11:30 pm . At that time it had not warmed up much. Good thing is that it had double beds. The extra blankets came in handy. as it was too late and too cold to move. I thought it may warm up by morning, but that didn't happen either. To top that I found that the TV didn't work either. Over all, I wouldn't stay in that building again ever. Gave the manager a list of the bad things and he did try to apologize, and said he would look into it. Also the sink was awfully slow draining. Heaters don't work. You will freeze if you stay here during the winter season. Stepped out of bed wearing socks, and it felt like a magical spell that instantly froze my feet. The floor looked as if it had not been mopped in weeks. Bed sheets were badly stained. The bedside lamp was broken. The walls were dirty. It was a terrible experience. First and last time I'll try to sleep for cheap.

Positive: The young girl at the front desk was great Negative: The place was horribly dirty.tub had a black mess in it. I took picturesl bed was wet bugs on floor people being inappropriate outside my door. Floor was filthy there was a bucket under sink that had bugs everywhere and nasty water in it full to the top

Horrible. Do not stay here. All online vendors should take this off their sites this motel is horrible. Heaters don’t work lights don’t work sink doesn’t work shower had hole in the ceiling with tissue stuffed in it, lol I don’t know how they can say this is a legit motel - DO NOT STAY HERE for your own safety. I stayed here because it was in walking distance of the state house. NOT worth it stay at a hotel along one of the major highways and drive in…

The first room we stayed in was right in front of train tracks and makes it awful to sleep in. the smell wasn't great, but the A/C was great. The room didn't have a fridge, the lights didn't work and I had to fix it myself. We didn't feel safe in the first room. asked for a new room as our first room was not what we paid for, they didn't care and moved us. Second room: the A/C sucked (we had to go buy fans to stay cool) this fridge didn't work, and when I told them at checkout the next day he goes "why did you tell me, I would have replaced it, we just got a new shipment" but why wouldn't you put us in that room I would not recommend this "hotel"

I checked in around 10pm. My impression was not good, but I was too tired to find another hotel.
The person behind the front desk was difficult to understand.
It seemed his hotel computer system had many glitches.
There was no rest room in the front lobby which I really needed when I was checking in. The person behind the desk did me a favor and did not charge me the $20 security fee which I would not have paid. I also had to pay for my room in cash. Charge cards were not accepted. The hotel grounds were seedy and disgusting. The room was adequate but I did have concerns about bed bugs. Fortunately bed bugs were not an issue. I did hear loud train noises during the night a couple of times, but I slept fairly well anyway.

Upon checking out, the office door behind the front desk was open. I noticed a sleeping bag and other remnants of covers and blankets on the floor. I'm guessing the person behind the desk spent the night in the office. I wondered why he left the office door open for everyone to see. Despite having a good location to the State Capitol, I would not suggest this hotel to anyone.

I can't begin to say how disappointed I was in this room. I truly would give it no stars. The room smelled horrible. I stripped the bed to be I would not bring home unwanted guests.

The pictures they post online about their owns is so misleading. I almost slept in my car in the parking lot.

The phone did not work, the TV had to be programmed to work. The towels were questionably clean.

Stay anywhere but here. 😬

The worst hotel I've ever been to! I arrived for one night, it started to rain and water started running out of the wall, I went to the employee, he came and threw a towel and said don't worry, it's normal. Bedbugs and cockroaches just took over this hotel, I can't sleep , in the evening at 9 o’clock I went to the reception and there was no one there. I paid 71 $ for my own discomfort. I’ll go to court, I filmed everything on my phone and I don’t intend to tolerate it.
