Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. I have no problem paying $200 for 3 cuts if it's proper. I booked my boyfriend and 2 sons 1 works (hair, brows & beard)$90 & 2 classic cuts, $50ea.
With picture examples of what they wanted, they were nothing like the photos. My BF hair is so finger hight and the beard was brought to a 6. When his photo was The Duke from Dune and had the hair and beard to accomplish, no brow service was provided and was given an apprentice when I booked specifically the owner. My 14 yearold had shoulder-length hair and asked for a trim with layers. It's above his ears and has some parts with chin length at the bang. My 17 year old wanted layers and his undercut redone and was ready for senior photos. He was given an undercut shave, and that's it. They were behind and rushed it. It's very disappointing that the amazing experience I wanted to gift to my guys has been the talk of how much they hate their hair, and 2 want to "just shave it off." As someone who owned a barber shop and was a stylist who wanted to give them an experience, I will have to go back to cutting their hair.
Apprentices shouldn't be charged the same as the master. 1st photo is what he asked for! This is $50?

They completely screwed up my hair. I told them I wanted to keep it somewhat long, almost like a mullet, but longer. Instead, I ended up with really short hair, the back is messed up, and it’s really thin now. My hair used to be nice and long. All I wanted was for them to shape it up, and now I have to live with this. The place feels more like a suit shop than a barbershop. The barber kept leaving mid-cut to help the other barber, and I got charged full price for an apprentice. My brother only asked for an undercut and layers, but they just did the undercut and didn’t add any layers, then charged him $50 for it. My buddy got a beard trim and haircut with a straight razor, but only got the beard trim and not the straight razor shave on his neck, and they missed several spots. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want your hair ruined.

Booked a last minute appointment before a trip. Was really nervous because of bad haircuts other places in the past, before a big trip or event. Cole did a great job and was very patient with both my kid and myself. Gave my kid a great haircut that we were all pleased with even when my kid was wiggly, or tilting his head or shying away from the clippers.

AVOID AT ALL COST.
I'm never one to write reviews so that is saying something. I created a fake account just to write this. $50-$60 for a cut is absurd, The owner is very short with you. Usually on his phone answering is cellphone mid-cut and does not pay attention to you at all. He absolutely just rushes through your cut and is very VERY aggressive with your head using the buzzer. He traded off with someone mid way through and I'm repeating myself again halfway through my cut on what I'm getting. I tried them once thinking it was just a one time thing so I tried again and it was even worse. Just go to Ronnie's Barber Shop and get your moneys worth.

Huge shout-out to Tommy for doing a great job giving me a glow up. I usually cut my own hair but this time I wanted to treat myself. I'm grateful that I picked Man Spa and will be going back regularly.

The people are kind, but the service is overpriced for what you get and it does not seem as if they respect your time.
First off, The first two times I booked with them were great. The barber did his thing and I was out of there looking clean. The third and fourth time I booked were horrible. I showed up on-time, walked in the door, and the guy came up and said he wasn’t ready and didn’t know I was supposed to be there. The guy says he can fit me in and it takes maybe 40 minutes to cut my hair when it should’ve been 20 - 30 because the guy couldn’t stop texting and calling people on his phone. I thought it was a one-off so I booked again a couple months later and this time when I show up, the door is locked and no one is inside. I call their number and leave a voicemail and the barber calls me back to say that he didn’t know anyone was booked and he went to run an errand. At that point, the barber says he is on his way back to the shop and that he’ll be able to cut my hair, but at that same time, another client comes up and is expecting to go in and get a cut. I tell the barber I’ll book for another time because his client is already there and I don’t want to either keep the other client waiting or have to wait the 20 minutes for him to get his cut. When I came in for the reschedule, it was fine for the most part, but again, the guy keeps texting on his phone in the middle of the service, which I booked and am going to pay $50 plus tip for. I was hoping this place would be my new go-to, but I will likely be looking elsewhere to get my haircuts going forward.

We couldn’t have had a better first haircut experience for our little dudes! Cole and Simone are some the most welcoming and patient people around and on top of that they are clearly highly skilled barbers that provide a top notch service. We are so thankful we found this business while up visiting from Seward and will happily make the drive up for haircuts. We look forward to seeing them in the future and giving them our continued business.

I came here to treat my husband for his birthday. I want him to feel special. But it was not what I expected. The place was not clean, the barber was too busy with his phone and kid. He was not gentle with the way he handled the tools to us. I will not recommend this place and will never come again.
