The people are great. Hotel is clean and safe. Bed and pillows were very good. My disappointment is that you don't have any oat, coconut or almond creamer for coffee. There are alot of people, including myself that have dairy allergies. There was also no non dairy butter so I wasn't able to fully enjoy breakfast. I had to purchase breakfast and coffee somewhere else. Please change this and consider the millions of us with dairy allergies.

Best place to stay around Camden. Angela and the rest of the front desk staff always do everything they can to accommodate your needs. Also, breakfast area is clean and well staffed for a quick simple breakfast. The ladies constantly monitor and clean up!

The hotel was newer and in good condition. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were in town for a funeral and this hotel was in an area close to where the funeral was, so the location was good. They could put a few more items in the room, for instance, they have a sink but there was no dish soap. There is also a dishwasher but no dish detergent to put in it. The phone in the room did not work so we had to go down to the front desk to get some needed supplies. Other than those few things our brief stay was pleasant. The front desk clerk was very pleasant and extremely helpful when we asked for a late checkout. We would recommend this hotel.

We were flying and due to unexpected bad weather, we had to land and overnight in East Camden, AR for 2 nights. We were able to get transportation from the little airport and a room. The property is new and clean. The rooms have a very nice layout (kitchen, sitting area, spacious, nice size bathroom and more). The staff was SUPER friendly and accommodating. We loved them. They just couldn't do enough for us. If we need to overnight in the area again, we would stay with them again.

I was on an extended work trip for my company, and chose MainStay for the larger room/kitchenette availability.
The staff, from the manager to the room team was exceptional and some of the friendliest people we have ever met. The morning team was always helpful and met us with a smile every (early) morning.
I have recommened this location to our company as our standard "first choice" for business, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there on a personal trip as well.

I'm a traveling contractor and my company put me in this hotel for several months. The rooms never got cleaned. I talked to the general manager several times about it and nothing was ever done.

The hotel is nice, clean, and new; however, the online reservation system is compromised. Five minutes after check-in, I received a scam call from "Mainstay corporate" offering a partial refund. They had my phone number and knew my credit card last 4 digits. They wanted my complete credit card number. I refused and hung up. The front desk confirmed that scammers had hijacked their reservation system and were calling customers immediately after check-in.

Checked in and went through 4 dirty rooms before I got one that was almost cleaned properly! Had to get up early the next morning so housekeeping could come clean room properly! I was very disappointed as this is a fairly new hotel, it was built a few months ago! I have stayed here from when they first opened and now the rooms look like they have been open for years! Very disappointed with my stay!
