No matter who is at the front desk, I’ve always received the help I needed. From gathering receipts from my previous stays or simply purchasing a soda in the middle of the night, the staff has always been kind and helpful. I told the staff I was here for work and they did their best to put me in a room that had vacancies next to it so that I could work in peace. I’ve never had issues with beds, appliances, or any amenities.

We have been renting the big 2 bedroom suite for years. We have always really enjoyed our stay here and are excited to book again the next time we need a room.
However after this last stay we will never be back. The beds were so hard, pillows were trash, no breakfast unless you buy the overly priced frozen food they have available.
I was so sad about this last visit.

I made a reservation for multiple nights at this establishment; however, I checked out two days early, and Mr. Khalid Khin decided to impose a charge for a night that I did not stay. It appears that the owner requires a 24-hour notice to facilitate an early checkout.

Moreover, the establishment levies a fee for safe rental without obtaining prior consent. During my four-night stay, I did not receive maid service on any occasion. I would strongly discourage potential guests from utilizing this establishment. The additional charges have been reported as fraudulent to my credit card provider.

We will stay here every time we visit now. Rooms were clean and comfortable, service was above and beyond! The night desk woman there was the absolute sweetest! She made sure we all felt at home, and went above and beyond! Location was great! Quiet and comfortable!

Hotel is clean and the price is great. We didn't get to use the pool/hot tub. The hotel is dated, but it is CLEAN. They let me check out the room before I decided to stay. We stayed at the Holiday Inn next door a few days before and you could hear everything from the rooms next to you/above/below you. You could not hear anyone else in this hotel. Everyone who worked there was very nice and helpful.

Stayed recently and ran into some technical difficulties with the TV in the room. Called the front desk and the attendant Tristan answered my call for help. He immediately came up to inspect the unit and then promptly called his manager for resolution while being courteous with a smile. Shortly there after, he returned with a trolley to assist me in changing rooms. Outstanding service and I look forward to my next stay.

Positive: "" Negative: Went to my room and the tv would not turn on, all the cords were unplugged and tangled up. Then got it to turn on and then there was n service. Called downstairs and told sorry we don?t have cable service right now. Heater was on the fritz as well.

Positive: The lobby looks nice and modern.Kitchenette small but nice. Negative: I waited nearly twenty minutes at the front desk for help. The cordless phone and bell were useless. The room couch is worn out and very uncomfortable. The bed and office chair also uncomfortable. Small tv and frustrating to use. Carpet is worn out.
