My partner and I stayed for a night during our trip down to New Mexico. We loved our stay! The room was clean and so cute. Being right in the middle of town let us walk around and really enjoy the area.

The owner made us a loaf of pumpkin bread (which was amazing). The owners are very personable and kind. They gave us tips for where to get dinner and what sights are worth going to!

There is a train near a block away that came by quite frequently, but the owner gave us earbuds for that. We would absolutely come again!

We stayed in the Renaissance room and could not have been more pleased. The tv reception was such that we just did not bother with it but who spends their time watching tv on vacation anyway? Yes,there are stairs (apparently 25 according to another poster) but it is well worth the “climb”. We tried to get the same room again for this year’s steampunk festival but were not able to do so- we will get to enjoy one of the other suites and look forward to doing so. The owner is a great guy and I love having a bird’s eye view of downtown’s main street. Heartily recommend!

We had a great stay here recently and are so glad we chose Main Street B&B! Located on the second floor of an old bank building, it is conveniently located in downtown with plenty of great shops, restaurants, and attractions all within walking distance.||Our room itself (the Safari room) was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Extra blankets and pillows were available and the bathroom was large and included a jetted tub and small refrigerator.||A few things to be aware of. There is a train that goes by several times, but earplugs are provided and we did not have any problems sleeping through it. This is not a traditional "B&B" in that no hot breakfast is served. Not a problem for us as we wanted to try a local diner around the corner. We were provided with a loaf of flavored bread (chocolate chip and blueberry, if I remember correctly!), snacks, juice, waters, yogurt, and fruit cups. That was 100% fine with us and we don't feel that our experience was diminished at all with no sit-down breakfast. I've seen some concerns about the lights in the hallway keeping people awake, but there is a switch at the end of the hallway that can turn that hall light out. We did that, no issues.||This is a small venue with three rooms, but we appreciated the hospitality of the owner both in the ease of booking, his tips about what to see/where to eat around town, and his caring nature. Location, location, location..was perfect. Being in the center of town, we expected some "town noise" & there was, but quite down in time for sleeping. A train does run thru town, few blocks away. We stayed in the Safari room, scary name, but nicely decorated. Very comfortable bed. The breakfast was more a continental breakfast in our room. Homemade quick bread. Very good, but certainly limited menu. Owner was on site and very helpful. Rooms are on the 2nd floor, so an overnight bag is suggested instead of a large suitcase.

The Renaissance Room was gorgeous, and everything was spotless. The linens and towels are soft and clean. The spa tub was delightful! Right in the middle of all the attractions and the river was beautiful in the morning out the large windows. Sat outside and watched the street traffic with morning coffee. Mike was very accommodating and pleasant to visit with and has good knowledge of the city and the history of his building. We will be staying there again! Thank you Mike.

Rooms are beautiful price reasonable location very convenient. It was our first bed and breakfast but it fit us to a tee, every thing we needed nothing to annoy us. Host was helpful not overbearing. He met us at the door showed us parking the showed us the room very unassuming. We are low key people so off we went on our adventure exploring main street Hannibal. It was a Monday but stuff was still open for shopping and dining. If you can get a room here do it, 2 nights next time for sure.
