Instant 5 star review because they allowed for early check-in! As a commercial driver this is a life saver, maybe literally. The rooms are simple, comfortable and clean. The bed very comfortable! The bathrooms have a bathtub. And the gentleman who checked me in was very helpful and accommodating. Prices very affordable. No frills, no luxury, but a good, clean, quiet place to get some sleep!

The first room I was checked into had a hole in the wall and roaches. I asked to be moved to another room and it was not much better. The toilet did not work, the sheets were dirty and I felt extremely uncomfortable the entire time. I did not feel comfortable staying the entire night and ended up finding another room for the night. Do not stay here.

Room wasn't properly cleaned, with fake nails and other junk scattered around. We had to pay in cash 20$ per pet despite paying for our room with a card. Despite charging way too much, the establishment is very poorly maintained. As someone who's maintained and painted buildings for a living, saying it's shoddy would be giving too much credit.
The toilet isn't properly affixed to the floor so it tumbles around, and doesn't flush. We had to listen to the bathtub hiss away all night because you can't turn it off.

Rooms decor and amenities were dated, carpet was rough. There were a lot of small holes in the walls and ceiling. A/C worked great but was loud to run. TV stopped working a few hours in the stay. Toilet was not properly secured; wobbled. Parking lot was horrific, falling apart and debris you wouldn't want to run over. Found a random .45 caliber casing by my room in the parking lot. Not the best sign.

Older but lots of accommodations that other hotels don't offer. My favorite thing about the room was a tiny dining table that was large enough for 4 of us to sit around and play games. It was clean and quiet. Manager was very nice and personable. Small property so no dragging our luggage all over. Easy parking, great price. Close to food and shopping. We enjoyed the mini kitchen and large space. The beds are a bit used but overall, we enjoyed it.

So it looked like a nice place from the outside.
That’s the only nice thing to mention.
We had a reservation for a non smoking room with a 3rd bed. We get a tiny smoke smelling 2 bd. When we mention it to the front desk they tell us we reserved a smoking room and charged us $20 more for non smoking.
Outdated and not maintained rooms.
Dirty walls odd setup in the rooms.
If it wasn’t because all of the other hotels were sold out within 50miles we would have left.

If you can stay somewhere else PLEASE DO.

This place is a dump! Manager canceled my 3 week reservation and tried to keep my $1550.00. Lady at the front desk is rude as hell. Priceline made them make it right. Was told I can check in at 3 "because they have to clean the room". There is literally no other people staying here. Also nobody will come to the desk to check me in.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! These people told me I couldn't leave my dog in the room all day I'm staying here temporarily while finding a place to live started a new job and work long hours but apparently my dog has to leave the room? Why are you pet friendly? Then they told me they are allergic to dogs I don't get it rudest guy I've ever met he threatened to call the cops because i knocked on the door too loud and I hadn't even knocked on the door this family is running a terrible business and doesn't take care of their establishment please be for warned not to stay at this horrible place the rooms are small and gross and dirty and the ac unit screams and makes weird noises the drawers are broken and don't open correctly please do not stay here it's a terrible experience it's ghetto and not a good neighborhood broken glass all over in the grass area and trash everywhere
