This was my first time having a Brazilian done. Was always nervous and hesitated because of the pain. Annie was amazing. She made me feel comfortable and wasn't nearly as painful as I thought it would be. I had my eyebrows done, and she did an amazing job. I also had my eyelashes tinted and lifted. She did an amazing job on everything. I'll definitely be going back and will recommend LWS spa to everyone I know looking for a place to go.

Highly recommend. I've been going to Theresa for 4+ years. Started because of the convenient location, stayed for the awesome work and relationship. Theresa is quick and thorough, willing to give excellent skin care advice, and very down to earth. Plus, there is the adorable pup as a greeter.

Never thought I’d be doing Brazilians because I am just a chicken like that but I started coming to LWS a while back because my SIL and other colleagues were raving this was the spot and they were sure right about that! Theresa is amazing! I can’t imagine anyone giving a single bad review. Theresa makes everything go by so quick you don’t even feel the pain and is very welcoming. Been only coming to her since and if anyone asked where to go for any wax service I would highly recommend here!

I have been going to Theresa for over 5 years. I had used 3-4 other waxers prior to finding her and stopped looking because Theresa was the best by far. Her waxing is thorough and quick. She is down to earth, friendly and provides a clean, comfortable atmosphere. I appreciate her skill, attention to detail and highly recommend her!

I've recently had a deep tissue massage with Linn at LWS Spa. Probably the best proper deep tissue massage I've ever had in Anchorage. For someone who used to work and live in Maldives, I got really spoiled going to high end spas and couldn't find a good professional place in Anchorage with therapists that know what they are doing. Linn was very attentive, knowledgeable and professional! I was very excited when LWS started offering massage services and can't recommend it high enough! Definitely will be going back!

I had Lin as my waxer this morning and she was absolutely fantastic. It was a wax everything sort of appointment before a beach vacation and probably the most comfortable and minimally painful waxing experience I’ve ever had. She has a fantastic technique and was super sweet to chat with.

Theresa is the best! She is super knowledgeable, professional, reliable, and friendly. I was with her for 3 years until we moved and I was sad to go. You cannot go wrong with lady wax it is the best!! Love all their skin care products too!
