Good price if you’re looking for partial highlights! My stylist was Henry and he did a great job. I was nervous going to a new hair dresser for my highlights but he asked many questions and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. He was also enjoyable to talk too, I recommend!

I was nervous looking for a new salon. But Fiona helped me feel welcomed and took the time to listen. I was a walk in and to my surprise she took me in when I wanted more than a haircut. Even though it took a long time to finish my appointment, Fiona was patient and never rushed to finish my hair. She’s detailed and explains the process well. I was surprised to look at the picture because I didn’t recognize that was me! I absolutely love my new color! Thank you Fiona!

They don’t know how to do short haircut. The old guy messed up my hair so bad that my hair is uneven and super short inside of back of my head.
DO NOT GO THERE FOR HAIRCUT! Especially for a short haircut! You will regret it.

Few weeks later I went to the other hair salon because I couldn’t stand it and the lady told me my hair is really messed up and she was in shock.

Went here for hair coloring service and my
Hair stylist did a great job. She corrected my hair tone as requested. She was very patient with the process and meticulous. She wanted to make sure my hair was in good condition before letting me leave the salon so I know they really care for their customers. She event gave me a free hair treatment which was a plus! I highly recommend!

I always have a very good experience whenever I go to this salon located in Westlake Daly City. Our regular hair stylist is Chau. Me and my husband love her. She is so nice, she knows exactly what she’s doing and she will tell you what’s really good for your hair. She doesn’t take advantage of you. She only recommends what’s good for your hair. She’s the sweetest. I am recommending her to all my friends and family. You should look for her when you want to do your hair at Lux Image Salon

I was pleasantly surprised! I went in for a keratin treatment, blow-dry, flat iron, and trim. I am mixed with 3a-3b hair, but they treated my hair really well and made it look way less damaged and more shiny. Weinay was my stylist and she was so sweet and kind! Not sure how much experience they have with any hair types in the 4 range, but I am really happy with the results and think I'll come back to this salon for more services!

Decided to come here based off the reviews. I was sat down in the chair without a wash and the lady asked me if I had any reference photos. I showed her which was short layers and bangs. She said Ok after looking at my hair. She cut my hair bluntly and after about 10 minutes of styling she said she can't do my look. She said my hair style (wavy) won't look good with the style I wanted and she said she'd do long layers and no bangs instead. I said Ok and I was fine with that because maybe she had some insight. She finished and my hair and it only looked like it was cut and not styled. I thought maybe I need to look at it with fresh eyes tomorrow. I thanked her and paid her $60 plus tip. After getting a good look at my hair I noticed there were barely any layers and they were uneven. I feel like I got ripped off by someone who only cared about making easy money and not putting in any effort. I could have easily done this haircut at home. I wish I got the ladies name, but I will not be returning and I will not be recommending this place.

I asked for a trim, and they gave me a pixie cut. After cutting a good chunk, she kept chopping off more. I frozed up after. the layering is completely awful. If your hair is textured, please go to a Latina or Black owned salon. She treated my hair as if it's naturally straight, when it's curly. So when it's in its natural state, it's way too short with no volume. I honestly want to cry as I am typing this.
