I have gone to this salon monthly for over a year; however, in the last two months, something has changed. I get a pedicure and SNS (manicure) every month, so I know how much I will be charged. In August, I was charged $10 more than normal. I questioned it, but thought I misunderstood, so I called back to speak with the owner. I was charged extra because of the length of my natural nails. These are the same nails that they have been cutting monthly! So I assume I was being penalized for my nails growing quickly? The owner stated that he would refund me the next time I came in, which I declined and said no that is fine. Thus, I went back in September and this time I had an appointment to make sure that I went to a different technician thinking that was the problem. First, I had to wait 30 minutes for my appointment, which didn’t make sense to me, and the owner again came over and looked at my nails before getting my pedicure water ready. I did not mention what happened in August at all. Well, when my technician came over, she commented on the length of my nails after the owner spoke with her. Again, these are my natural nails which they have been cutting monthly. The pedicure and manicure went smoothly. I was not told anything different but when it was time to pay, this time I was charged $5 extra! I asked what that was for and she said it was the length of my nails! Evidently, they have subjective charges one month that might be $10 extra and the next month they might be $5 extra for trimming nails in a manicure! I went home and called back to inquire about the price of a manicure and the price of a pedicure wondering if possibly they had raised their prices. I was told the exact prices that I thought they were, so I asked if that included trimming nails and I was told that was included in the price of a manicure. Therefore, I realized it was the owner pushing for the extra charges, and I will not be going back to the salon due to their hidden, subjective extra fees.

Walked right in, no appointment needed. Place is very clean and relaxing and the staff are very nice. The man that did my pedicure took his time, but it didn’t turn out very well and he got gel all over my feet and on my toes. Perhaps some of the other nail techs are better? For $50 I expected better.

We had 9am appts for mani pedi. Took all walk-ins first. Didn’t even get to my mani until my daughter was completely done so I wasn’t going to wait longer. Pedi was decent. Rushed my daughters nails while she was in pedicure chair and she then had to convince them to clean up build up under nails. Had hoped for a better experience.

5 stars this place was amazing, stopped here real quick to get my nails done for homecoming and they turned out amazing. The customer service was basically perfect. All in all 10/10 would most definitely go again.

Very nice environment. The salon offers comfortable and ergonomic seating options, minimizing any discomfort during longer treatments. My technician was wonderful! My nails look perfect and I left feeling very relaxed and happy. Luna Nail Spa has a friendly environment and has wonderful and experienced people working there. They are awesome! Great advice on shape and color selection.

Man that did my nails cut my cuticle pretty badly. Cleaned it with a dirty towel, and touched the crusty antiseptic bottle dropper to the cut multiple times. He was being very pushy trying to get me to get tips and gel. Not impressed.
