Thousands of valuable items lost
1) The venue has only one 24-hour full recording surveillance, and there are dead corners (items are lost in dead corners);
2) Jing, the person in charge of the venue, said that it would take two days before monitoring could be issued because "I'm tired."
3) The last point of view before blocking the missing party on WeChat is:
❶The venue is not responsible for the lost items;
❷It is okay not to send you monitoring;
❸No further reply.

Lumcolor - Phoenix Center has a large parking lot, and the venue is fully equipped with LED screens, lighting, and sound systems. It was a pleasure to host our event there.！！

Don’t even bother booking here. Looks are deceiving. Horrible service and attitudes by all staff members. Cockroaches in the restroom. Also very little toilet paper and no hand soap.
