I loved this place. Took my family on the weekend. From outside it looks very simple but once you're inside the atmosphere is very friendly and it has everything to have a good time. The arcade was fun, the pizza was good, and the staff was great. Thank you, Dominique, for such a great experience. we will definitely come back.

I went here recently. I asked for a few things and I was assisted immediately and with friendly positive professionalism. She had the perfect vibe for the atmosphere and really lightened the mood for my wife and I when we needed it the most. We had such a great time, thanks to the nice young girl who worked there. When I asked her name she said Dominique, she’s awesome!!! Thank you Dominique!!!!!!

I've never bowled before. I was pretty lost but luckily the host Dominique was able to take me through the process step by step. kids and I had a lot of fun! The kids liked the colorful setting and the game area.
Overall, a great time and will probably return in the near future.

Feedback: The software flow for adding players' names is the worse possibly imagined. It doesn't even let you add players' names one after the other. You have to start the process and go through 5 screens each time for every player. Hopefully the bowling alley passes on that feedback to the software team.

Recently came here. I haven't bowled in San Diego in over 10 years and wanted to get out with my son. It had the perfect setting. It was fun teaching my son to bowl and play pool. The host Dominique was very friendly and helpful making the experience fun!

Got to check out the bar next time.

I'm officially done with this place. It's such a cool spot, but the employees are careless and clearly not trained properly. Every single time I've come here, there's been an issue. I kept giving it a chance because the alley itself is great, but I'm over it.

One time, they told me I couldn’t bring my two-year-old’s water bottle inside because of their ridiculous "no outside food or drinks" policy. Seriously? A toddler’s water? Multiple times, the automatic bumpers weren't even working. So everyone in my group had to bowl with bumpers just so my kids could enjoy themselves. Today was the last straw — we showed up right at opening, and they were still oiling all the lanes, forcing a 45-minute wait! How is that not something they do after hours?

Oh, and don’t even get me started on the cost. If you're planning on using the arcade along with bowling and food, expect to spend $400+ for a family visit. I’m done. Never coming back.

I recently visited Bowlero and had the pleasure of being served by an incredible bartender, Bianca. Her friendly demeanor instantly made me feel welcome, and she took the time to chat with everyone at the bar, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Not only was she personable, but her drink-making skills were top-notch. Each cocktail was expertly crafted and delicious, perfectly complementing our bowling experience. It was clear she genuinely enjoyed her job, and that passion translated into the quality of service.
I left feeling not just satisfied but excited to return. If you’re looking for a great night out with fantastic drinks and even better service, this bowling alley is the place to be. I can’t wait to visit again!

I've been here a few times, but it'll have been a while. My kids wanted to have their birthday party here, so I bought a few Groupon and spun my luck to get 2 lanes next to one another. We were here waiting for them to open, I wasn't sure how busy they get on a Saturday morning. I'm glad we did! It was packed within 15 mins! We had our lanes right next to each other, and it was a blast! We ordered several pizzas of the sampler and a few pizzas. I was pleasantly surprised with how good the food was. I was expecting it to be yucky, but I'd order it again.
Thank you, Christian, for making it a fun day for my kiddos' birthday and a stress free day for me!!! We'll definitely be back.
