The customer service is Amazing. The owner is very nice , patient and personable. Always taking her time and making sure that her work is perfect. I always leave satisfied. The work setting is very diverse and everyone provides great nail and spa services . Prices are reasonable . I’ve been a customer 5 years and my experiences are always consistent and pleasant .

I have been going here for YEARS and no complaints or problems. I have practically received every service from this shop, from manicures, pedicures, full sets, eyelashes and even eyebrows! All the technicians work pretty fast and are friendly. They are always willing to work around your schedule, while giving excellent service. Highly recommend!! Jenny is great!! 🙂

If I could do zero stars I would. The worst regular manicure and pedicure I’ve received everrrrr. I was rushed out of all services they even started my mani at pedi chair i had to tell the woman to please stop. My nails where not cared for or prepared for polish in a proper way. Pictures are of my mani hours later. Sometimes I want just a regular mani and pedi to give my nails a break from no chips. I never felt more rushed in my life. I will not return and not sure why ppl go here.

This will be my last time ever coming here. They simply rush your nails and feet if they have a lot of customers. I had to come back many times right after getting my nails done because they would chip immediately the next day. I call to make an appt and come in for the repair and still have to wait. Oh and don’t expect and warm welcome. Soon as you

Please don’t come here!!! Racist and rude staff, especially the owner. I’ve been here many times and the last time I went to get my nails and feet done. The no chip polish chips immediately the next day so I had to go back for that …. Then Unfortunately my 2 big toes have developed some type of skin fungus, I believe they were cut too short. I went back today to simply ask for a refund for my pedicure only….. and I was told that they can’t do that. I showed my toes to her and she insisted that they don’t do anything wrong. I really can’t believe how the owner didn’t care!!! My feet were just fine before LISA did them. I’ll never return and will be reporting this to the local health department and the Better Business Bureau.

Update: had to go the dr and they stated that I got an infection under my toenails, most likely due to unsanitary use of tools and cutting my toenails too short!!!i I have to take oral and topical antibiotics.

I have attatched updated pics, this is 1 1/2 weeks later. The owner or manager didnt care!!!! Please beware!!!!!

$25 for a cheap cheap manicure that literally included cold water, clear polish and dollar store hand lotion is absurd. I had to beg for more lotion and to apply cuticle oil to my cuticles. Definitely won’t be coming here ever again.

Not even a week old and my nails look horrible. Paying 55 for a fill in is ridiculous. I rather stick with spa and nails in Oak Forest. They take their time and my nails last up to four weeks.
