Jenny has been my nail technician for three years now. The staff and her are always friendly, polite, and helpful. They do great designs for all nail types. I always bring in photos of how I want my nails done and honey they are on point. Go check them out.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. I went here on Jan 28 and I asked could a I be serviced by specific technicians as someone sent me there. I was told no and that someone else would help me. So the technician I had was an older gentleman. It took him almost 2 hours to do a simple fill in and a repair. I don’t understand how I got an infection because the nail that it’s on it’s even the nail i had to have repaired! Clearly the equipment is not clean and I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE !!!! -10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND ‼️

My daughter purchased a gift certificate for 80$ for Mothers Day and the certificate was for a signature pedicure and a full set. With that being said I didn’t need a full set just a fill in, due to lucky nails being my regular nail salon and already having nails done. I only chose one color which i usually get a different color on my ring finger and sometimes a design. Didn’t do anything extra because I knew it would cost more than what my certificate was for. After I was done with my fill in and pedicure it became time for me to pay and they charged me and extra 10$ because I had gel polish. Which I think is ridiculous for the fact I didn’t get a full set, I received a fill in. They charged me extra for gel polish which was never told that it would be extra when the certificate was purchased. The lady told her that would include everything for the pedicure and full set which did not so after purchasing an 80$ certificate they charged me an additional 10$! Not happy after I have been a customer of theirs for a long time. And didn’t get a full set, just a fill in which is actually cheaper than a full set initially with no designs or different colors! All I’m saying is if you want to keep your regular customers compensate them when they dont get the full benefits from their certificate that the price was for then have to pay extra. So I guess if u want a pedicure or a fill in they don’t expect you to have polish nails or toenails! Make it right!

If it was very first visit, I would have never come back. This one experience deserves zero stars. But, since we WERE regulars for over a year, i really thought we finally found our "home salon". I understand mistakes happen, but ,just in that one visit, many things happened to turn me away.
On Tuesday, 5/20/25 I called and made 2 appointments for Wednesday 5/21 at 5:30, one for myself with a specific person, and one for my daughter for a specific person. When we arrived at 5:20 on the day of appointments, the person I booked with was not even there, was told he went fishing and must have forgotten, so I ended up a tech that I preferred NOT to do my nails because they hurt me with the drill every time, and my fingers hurts for hours after. Your not are not suppose to use it to take as much dip off before acetone, only gloss coat! They also used wrong color dip than what I picked out. I mentioned it, but i don't think the tech understood what i was saying and kept going with my dip with a smile and nod.

As i was going to my station, the person who my daughter booked, appeared to have just taken a client as he was preparing to start on her nails. Why would you take a client knowing you have an appointment coming in? My daughter did not start getting hers done until 6:20, nearly an hour after appointment time. She also brought her own nail polish to match the dress she was wearing for an event, the tech said it could NOT be used for whatever reason, wasn't gel or something (could not fully understand). She was disappointed she but was satisfied with what they picked out. She asked to paint her toenails since time ran out for pedicure she wanted due to not having her appointment on time and i was beyond pissed and just wanted to leave because we were already late. And was charged $20 just for polish on her toes, no pedicure? I thought it was $10 for gel polish change when i asked about her toes being polished only? I noticed the receipt after leaving. That was the last straw and decided we would probably not be back. It is obvious that you do not truly take appointments and customers cannot have exactly what they want. This whole visit was very unprofessional!

Absolutely LOVE this place. They are very kind and considerate to their staff. My lady was extremely talented and payed extreme close attention to detail. They were very efficient and quick when it came to everyone’s nails. The 2 wonderful ladies stayed longer after closing time which has shown they care about their customers! I will be going back and recommending anyone. Their prices are very good for the amount of talent they have! Thank you girls

I did my acrylic nails there on November 7, it's December 31 and I haven't dropped them yet, it's the best service one can have. Emily is great, she has a good treatment and her work is beautiful, you come in and they make you feel at home, she was so helpful that she doesn't hesitate for a second to give her confidence. She has a very cheerful and calm vibe, I would come back a thousand times more for her
