Lovely place! Very clean, great atmosphere and a good vibe when you come in! The staff are very welcoming, and warm, and make sure you are well taken care of as soon as you come in! Good food, and it is very fast. The place is very clean as well and the staff clean it very thoroughly and often! Also the machines are fun and spread apart- so you are not on top on anyone while playing. Pool is fun too. Great bar service as well. Fast service and they also ask you what you want to watch on TV as well. Karen is a great server! Thank you Karen for your hospitality!!

The gentleman serving us was very pleasant, though we thought the food quality was low, and so did my roommate, whom I brought a sandwich back for. The “loaded” nachos only had chili, cheese, and onion (not so loaded; jalapeños weren’t available), and the chips were on the stale side. The sandwiches hardly had any meat, the bread was soggy, and they fell apart while eating them. For the size and quality of the sandwiches, the price was way too high, and didn’t even include chips. We ordered a Sprite, and were only brought the can without a glass of ice or straw. The rating is 2 only because of the beautiful decor and atmosphere. I can’t comment on any other menu items since we hadn’t tried them. There is a lot of potential, though the food preparation, at least for sandwiches and nachos, needs much improvement. Thank you.

The place was nice and clean, has a very nice selection of drinks and food, the food was amazing went back either the same night or the very next day for more food. Are you guys still hiring? I wouldn't mind working under a well established business. The staff that I met were very friendly.

Today, Sat Sept. 19,2020 I've decided to check out Lucky Bernie's South Chicago Heights location for the 1st time. The Customer Service was great! However, I was quite disappointed playing their slot machines. I did not get one single bonus and lost $300.00 at Max Bet $2.00
What a BIG disappointment. Their slot machines are so tight, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this location. What a waste of time, lost all of my money less than 40 minutes. 👎👎👎👎

I LOVE LUCKY BERNIES & I FREQUENT THERE WHENEVER I'M IN THE AREA. WORKERS ARE SO FRIENDLY...MAKE ME FEEL RIGHT AT HOME. AND I'VE MET & GOTTEN TO KNOW SOME OF REGULAR PATRONS. ALWAYS GLAD TO SEE THEM.

I absolutely love love love it here but it’s a new worker there that was being disrespectful and rude to a elderly women , and when my husband spoke on it she called him all types of names I rather not say🤦🏾‍♀️ Her and her friends who was there hanging out with her try to jump him! We have been trying to contact corporate but not luck, she needs a lesson
