Somehow even better than the Long Beach Location (to be extremely clear, both are wonderful I just like this one a little better)! The drive-through was a somewhat long line, but that is to be expected on a late weekend night. They did a good job getting through the line efficiently.

Chili cheese fries were so delicious, and a generous portion.

It’s a bit out of my way to specifically come to this location, but I will definitely make the stop if I find myself nearby!

Food was good but didn't hit the same as when I was growing up. Burgers seem to have gotten smaller.

I’ve been coming to this place every two weeks for years and would have rated it 5 stars in the past. Unfortunately, over the last three months, the quality has declined. I’m not sure if it’s due to new cooks or other changes, but it’s noticeable.

For example, they used to season the fries with seasoned salt when I ordered chili cheese fries, but now the fries are plain. The ranch for the zucchini has also changed, and last time, the zucchini was soggy and stuck together—something that’s never happened before. I also loved their horchata because it tasted authentic, but now it seems like they’ve changed the machine, and it doesn’t taste fresh anymore.

On top of the declining quality, the prices keep going up, which is disappointing. I hope management reads this and takes steps to address these issues. I’ve been a loyal customer since childhood, but if things don’t improve, I’ll have to look for a new spot.

Please train the newer staff to uphold the quality and service that made this place great. Some of them have been rude, and that’s not what loyal customers deserve. I’m giving this place another chance, but I hope they can return to their original standards.

I seen on google that they sell Lettuce wrapped grill chicken breast. So I called to place an order. The women that answered was rushing me. I told her about the lettuce wrap and she didn’t have no idea what I was talking about then she kept saying is that it. I get it was lunch time. But overall the lettuce wraps was so good I wish they put it up on the menu.

The food is a hit or miss now. Sometimes it’s good and sometimes they make it nasty. And by nasty I mean they leave your fries half way cooked the burners are soggy the waffles are hella bad now. The señoras that have been there for like over 10 years have horrible service. Only persons that has been there for a little while and is always nice is Lala.
