I’ve been coming to Lotus Bloom for over a year now, and have never had a massage that wasn’t amazing! I’ve been to most of the massage spas in town, and they are my favorite by far. Best prices too, especially when you buy a punch card for 10 massages. The girls who run the spa are so sweet, and I can tell they are well trained and passionate about massage. They are flexible and accommodating with their schedule; it’s so easy to text ahead to schedule, or they also accept walk-ins if they aren’t busy. Highly recommend checking this place out!!

I have traveled world and have massages in more countries that I can count. The massage I received from Jiang (Mary) was and is the best I have ever received. That along with the genuine and wonderful people Mary and Lilly are I tell my friends if it isn't the best I will pay for it. I haven't had to pay a friend yet. Considering both ladies moved her from China, are learning English, and want to do the best, my wife and I both go every 2 weeks at a minimum. This is the place to go if you are stressed, sore, or even had a bad day. Prices...60 plus tip for an hour. That is insanely cheap for how you feel when you walk out of there. In fact these ladies are sooooo good, our kids asked if they could have one so hopefully Lilly and Mary have time to see them today. They will schedule appointments in advance and even give you a reminder call if you want. 5 stars is really not enough credit to give the ladies or the service.

This is the best therapeutic massage in Springfield. I like a deep and hard massage and either lady will give just that. Even cured my aching shoulder after a couple sessions. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a true massage .

Went there for a friend’s bday celeb. We are expecting to be relaxed and all but experience the worst customer service ever. 1 masseur was talking on the phone while doing the massage and always going out of the room to answer every doorbell. The other 1, I dont know if she is trained or what, need to change her like 10mins after starting. Never will recommend and never will come back.

The massage was “alright” . After putting my clothes on and walking out of the room I was approached by Mary. Mary said “How many tips?” I said “excuse me” she said “ How many tips?” I said “ what are you asking me?” She said “ I work how much are you giving me?” I gave her a tip. I told her next time give a person a chance to offer the tip instead of asking because it is RUDE AF!!!

I always tip and never have a problem doing so but when you feel like your entitled I have a problem!!
