We went here as a family. Like last time, it was a stunning experince with a lot of activities, extremely kind owners and beatiful scenery. |Was a great way to escape from reality and have a nice, relaxing trip. Highly recommend these cabins!!

We had a wonderful time at the cabin! We made s'mores, played games outside, explored the trails and just enjoyed the peacefulness of the area. The cabin had plenty of space, adorably decorated and well-stocked, very clean, comfortable, and offered beautiful views. I personally enjoyed drinking my coffee in the morning in the sun room! We would definitely book again if staying in Dubuque.

This is our favorite place to getaway. Our kids always have the best time walking the trails, watching the wildlife, and using the paddle boat. We’ve stayed here 3 times so far and hope to make it back many more. Such a wonderful place to escape busy lives and just relax. You will not be disappointed!

Had another wonderful stay at Lorelei Cabins last week, I believe this is the 6th time we have visited. The cabin is clean and well stocked. The grounds are beautiful. The foliage was especially gorgeous this visit, it's hard to decide if I enjoy summer or fall visits more, it's perfect for every season. Its such a peaceful relaxing place to unwind and get away from it all. Sitting on the porch watching the sunrise over the pond is a beautiful way start to the day, and relaxing in the hottub under the stars is the perfect ending. The hosts are friendly and accommodating and will go out of their way to ensure your stay is perfect. This year we were invited to a fall festival with live music, delicious chili and a hay rack ride for my son. This really feels like my little slice of heaven every time I stay and I'm already planning on next year's trip. Couldn't recommend this place more!

Once again had an amazing stay at Lorelei Cabins this summer! I think this is the 5th time we've stayed and it's been amazing each and every time. The cabin is clean and comfortable and the grounds are beautiful. There are kayaks, a paddle boat, ponds to fish, trails to hike, a barn with basketball, ping pong and air hockey, a hottub, a firepit for bonfires I could go on and on. |I'll definitely be returning, probably even returning again this fall! Couldn't recommend enough!

While the original draw for the cabins was proximity to our adult daughter's home, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lorelei Cabins. We were just two people, but it is a nice set-up that could easily sleep four with privacy. We loved the access to the trails on the property and the peace and quiet of the location. We didn't get a chance to fish or kayak while we were there, but hope to on a next visit.

We've been coming each summer for close to ten years....we love it. The cabins are perfect and you need to see the sunrise and sunset....birding paradise and easy trails to enjoy. The water is perfect for kayak introductions then follow with a scenic kayak trip in Galena. There are never negative comments from us!

My husband and I spent our 35th anniversary at the Lorelei cabin. So beautiful and peaceful. There are stocked ponds complete with kayaks, a canoe and a paddle boat. And the trails are amazing and well marked for hiking. The cabin itself is absolutely charming. We will be back.
