Rooms are modern and bathrooms are spacious. I chose a corner room to get a good view of the river and was not disappointed.

The elevator system is PERFECT. You simply type in your floor and it directs you to the elevator. Gone are the days of crowded elevators and waiting around. Older hotels in Chicago have not caught up and do not compare to how the London Houses system.

The bartenders at the lobby bar are phenomenal. Despite a crowd, they were attentive and mix great cocktails.

The food at Land and Lake was good, not overly impressive, but a good option and very convenient.

I enjoyed my stay at the London house, the people that worked there were courteous and respectful. They did an awesome job with quick service to help people. The servers at the high tea were super knowledgeable and personable, plus there was so much to eat there. I enjoyed the views from the rooftop deck and from high tea. The only downside was the bedding, the sheets were a little bit restrictive when being moved and there was a slight odor in the room after taking a shower. Other than that, it was a great experience.

The experience at LondonHouse exceeded our expectations. It started with the check with Ken. He was full of information about the hotel and the city. He also secured us with a room with full length windows overlooking the river and the bridges. It was very relaxing coming back to the room after exploring the city for the day. The bed was comfortable as well as the pillows. Though we were there when it was cold, it was still worth it to see the view of their rooftop. The bar underneath the rooftop had a great espresso martini and pineapple Paloma. Would definitely stay here again! The location is great. Walkable to most everything. Another shout out to Ken!!

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and very engaging. The valets and bellmen were extremely professional and delightful to speak and interact with! Thank you so much George and Omar for the hospitality!!! The concierge Mary was very sweet and accommodating and made our little friends getaway so special with her assistance. Thank you so much LondonHouse Chicago for everything! We will be back for sure!!!!

Excellent location -super convenient to all of the great spots. Room was spacious and very clean. Great views of the river and downtown. Shams checked me in and was quite diligent about making sure my experience was enjoyable and attentive to any needs. And friendly to boot. I’ll definitely stay here on future trips!

From the start Juan gave us a remarkable deal for our stay but we were afraid of the room size for our family so we started our stay elsewhere, what a HUGE mistake but glad we ended our stay with them! Thanks Ricardo for giving us an upgrade and getting us checked in early in the Am when he didn’t have to! Our family was still in Pj’s and just wanted a new place! What a beautiful Limg and separate sleeper sofa room! Slippers, robes, extra huge comfy pillows go a long way!! Toothbrushes since we left them! Beautiful river view! I can go on and on! Thanks to Shams, Mary, and Neil for helping via the text system and the late checkout due to flight delays. The bellman from 1400 thank you, didn’t get your name! The rooftop was beautiful!! Even though it snowed we got to visit it so glad we got to do that! Only wished we would’ve stayed there from the start! Will never stay at an unknown names hotel again! Thank you London House!!!!

Located right by the River and so some of the rooms views are overlooking the River. Loved the lobby bar, the bartenders were very friendly and the drinks were great.
Perfect location for walking to the famous “bean” park and then head in the other directions for shopping.
This is my second time staying at this hotel and I was not disappointed.

Loved the location of the hotel and the staff is phenomenal! I got here earlier than expected and wasn’t sure if I would be able to get an early check-in but Shams was very helpful and got me a room right away. Shams and the concierge were also able to give me some good food spots to stop by. Overall a great experience and the entire staff has been helpful from start to finish! I will definitely come back next time in the city
