I had the pleasure of photographing a wedding at Loft Lucia, and I cannot say enough good things about this stunning venue! The rooftop ceremony was absolutely magical, with gorgeous views and plenty of natural light that made every photo shine. The reception downstairs in the shaded, high-ceilinged loft was just as beautiful, offering a cozy yet spacious atmosphere that accommodated over 100 guests with ease.

The two-story layout is both functional and unique, allowing for a seamless transition from the ceremony to the reception. The team at Loft Lucia was incredibly helpful and professional, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. I also loved the thoughtful design touches—plenty of greenery, modern lighting, and elegant decor made every corner picture-perfect.

Loft Lucia is one of the most stunning venues we’ve ever been in. The exposed brick with the light hardwood floors and large white bar compliment each other perfectly to create this beautiful space. Our wedding guests were so impressed with the space and we received so many compliments on it. The team at Loft Lucia is very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had throughout the planning process. On the day of the event they were there to help answer questions and offer support as needed. We loved that Loft Lucia has a preferred vendor list because it made selecting our vendors easier. They truly only work with the best! We were so happy with our entire experience and would recommend this venue to anyone!

Loft Lucia is a beautiful venue located in the West Loop of Chicago. We had our wedding here on June 8, 2024 with about 110 guests and it was such an amazing experience. Not only is the venue absolutely gorgeous, offers both indoor and outdoor space, and includes so much beautiful decor, but the staff is so incredibly kind, professional, organized, and ensured that everything was executed smoothly. Rebecca was always willing to answer any questions in a timely manner and helped us create a floor plan ahead of time. All of the staff the day of our wedding were so friendly and made sure our event was a success from start to finish. You can truly tell that the Loft Lucia team care about making your experience wonderful and I cannot recommend it enough. Thank you to the entire lovely team at Loft Lucia so much for making our wedding day so special - we are so grateful and appreciate all of you!

The intimate atmosphere really set the perfect mood for our wedding venue. We absolutely loved getting married at Loft Lucia! And the weather cooperated (79 with a breeze) so we were able to have our wedding ceremony outside on their rooftop. Our cocktail hour took advantage of the indoor/outdoor flow of the top floor. The two level venue allowed for our reception to take place indoors one level below the rooftop. The Loft Lucia staff was amazing and gave us a chance to view the space before we booked and again to have one final walk through before our big day. They even had lounge chairs and furniture included we could use. We used their chairs for our ceremony and brought our own for the reception. We highly recommend this venue if your guest count is on the smaller side as they can only accommodate up to 120 seated guests. We had a micro wedding (35 guests) and absolutely loved the amount space the venue provided for us! Thank you again for making our wedding day so special Loft Lucia! 💕

We had the most magical day at Loft Lucia for our September wedding! I fell in love with Loft Lucia the moment I saw it online and it is even more stunning in person. I loved it because it checks all the boxes—in a beautiful part of the city, indoor, outdoor space on a rooftop terrace, and a gorgeous reception space on the floor below. The space is so pretty on its own and the minimal and tasteful decor and plants just make it even better. This was the first venue I saw and loved it so much we booked it without seeing any other spaces and have no regrets. I also really appreciated the fact that they have an extensive FAQ page that helped answer several of our questions right off the bat—including the cost (which for a lot of venues, they make you inquire for the price). They shared with us their catalogue of furniture including types and dimensions of tables, chairs, etc, as well as a list of caterers and other vendors they frequently work with, which helped us a lot in narrowing down which vendors to hire—which were all wonderful by the way. We worked with Rebecca from the very start and she was so accommodating and helpful giving my family multiple tours of the space as I live out of state, and when I was in the area, allowing me to visit multiple times. Communication with Rebecca was great from the beginning and all the way to after our wedding day! Rebecca is very personable and communicative and I really appreciated that. In the weeks leading up to our wedding, I had lots of questions come up and multiple adjustments to make based on guest count changing, and they were very kind handling those changes. On our wedding day, the staff was very kind and ensured our day was nothing short of perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful space to celebrate with our friends and family—it was perfect!! Thank you Rebecca and Loft Lucia Team!!

Working with Rebecca and Loft Lucia for our wedding was amazing. The venue is beautiful and boho/modern - your guests will think you poured thousands into decor that is already there! The staff are amazing and helped so much that I didn’t need a day of coordinator. They were so easy to work with even up to the last week, making last minute floor plan changes and answering any final questions. Although you have to bring in all vendors yourself, Rebecca provides a list of their preferred vendors who are very experienced working events at Loft Lucia. We used them all and they were all amazing. It makes such a difference to work with vendors who the venue already trusts and who are already familiar with the venue layout and staff. Lastly, it was raining 10 minutes before our rooftop ceremony and when it stopped, the venue staff dried the seats so quickly and we were able to have our rooftop ceremony! We couldn’t have been happier. The staff are so committed to making your event as perfect as possible as if it’s their own. Our guests have been buzzing about how beautiful the day was all week. Would recommend them 10 times over!

We couldn’t have been more thrilled with our choice of Loft Lucia for our wedding! This venue truly exceeded all our expectations and provided the perfect backdrop for our special day. With its unique combination of indoor and outdoor spaces, Loft Lucia offers the best of both worlds.

The venue features two levels of stunning exposed brick that beautifully contrasts with its modern and clean design. The space is immaculately kept, and the full commercial kitchen was a huge bonus, allowing our caterer to prepare everything on-site and fresh. The natural light flooding through the venue during the day created a warm, inviting atmosphere, and as night fell, the romantic interior lighting set the perfect mood for our celebration.

Rebecca, who guided us from our first visit through to the final walkthrough, was exceptional. Her professionalism and coordination with our vendors ensured that everything ran smoothly. She was always available to answer questions and make adjustments, and her attention to detail made our planning process much easier.

After visiting over 15 venues during our search, Loft Lucia was the clear standout. Its cleanliness, modernity, and versatile spaces perfectly matched our vision for the wedding. It was truly the best venue we could have hoped for, and it played a significant role in making our day so memorable.
