Immaculate service! Immaculate location! Immaculate rooms! 10/10. The amenities were superb and the hotel credit was an added bonus. The cleanliness of everything was top tier. The front desk specialist were so helpful and pleasant. This was the best stay I’ve ever experienced at any hotel ever.

Fantastic location, very clean upmarket room - the bed was particularly comfortable. Great view, fast elevators and all the staff were very pleasant. The only problem is you pay for it; this place is not cheap but at least it feels like it should be expensive. The waitstaff at the bar in the lobby were awesome.

Great stay! Location is amazing and the amenities are just what you need. Front desk was attentive and very polite. Housekeeping was attentive to my needs. In room service was courteous and the meal was spot on. Even the temperature of the food was great considering it was in room service. Keep it up Loew's Chicago, doing it right the first time.

I was hesitant at first as there was a big event when I arrived and I thought we would don't get the rest we were looking for. However I met Jasmine, the manager at that time and she was incredible. Went with me to fin date perfect room for me and we did not want to leave. Thank you! She truly made our stay. I would recommend this.

I am in Chicago on a 5 day work trip . This is my fourth trip to the city of Chicago and my first time staying at the Loews in the downtown area. I’ve loved everything about my time at this hotel…. And I am VERY particular about where I stay. The Loews staff members are courteous, professional, friendly and easily accessible. From the valet, to the restaurant staff, managers and housekeeping staff - everyone has greeted me with a smile and/or friendly hello. The rooms are spacious and the entire hotel is very clean and has a slightly upscale feel, appearance and feel and I was made to feel like a VIP. I must add that as an African American woman, I’m not always made to feel that my patronage is valued, but here at Loews in downtown Chicago, I feel as valued as every other guest in the hotel. Thank you, Loews; well done. I’ll definitely return and highly recommend you to anyone visiting Chicago.

Location was great for walking in all directions. The room was super clean and had a great view. The check in and check out process was great. The ability to text for anything extra you need is super helpful. The housekeeping staff was super attentive. The lobby bar staff were subpar/neglectful. Watched as they waited on every table surrounding us. Ordered drinks at the bar. We would have order more drinks and food if someone had come to us. Instead I got food elsewhere.

The hotel may be nice but the top floor at this hotel is only the 14th floor. Apparently residents live above that.

Valet was incredibly slow the next morning, and there wasn’t even a bunch of people for them to service. A nice clean hotel but if you’re looking for luxury this one misses the mark.
