The Lodge at 5600 is a great place to spend four days and enjoy the evenings and nights. Looking at the stars is just amazing. The smoke did not cause any issues during out stay. The room was excellent, comfy beds, very clean room, everything you could ask for, bets the major hotels any where you go in the USA. Our pups enjoyed the room and areas to walk around. We will go again next year for sure. Lisa and Brian are excellent host, other properties should take lessons from them.||Roger & Susan Sullivan

Recently stayed for an overnight. Cute place, well maintained and perfect location from food and sights in Pine. I travel for a living and stay at hotels often so the last thing I wanted was another hotel experience. This is NOT a hotel so don't go expecting room service and turn down service. (Like that's even a thing without a $50 service fee anyways,, but I digress) This was much nicer and the owners thought of everything from in-room and on-site coffee and tea, fireplaces, outdoor games to doggy accommodations.

Perfect space for a quiet getaway. The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and cozy. Fireplace and led candles were a nice touch. Exceptional view and coffee shop convenient. Hope to be back soon!

This is such a great getaway from the Phoenix Valley! Owners are very nice, friendly, professional, and the property is beautiful! There is a Barb’sBites literally two steps from your room that has delicious food and coffee drinks. We only had to drive a few minutes to get to some trail hikes, great location and your view is the beautiful mountains and forest trees. Highly recommend for a couple's getaway!

This was built in a perfect spot, on a hill with views you can see for miles. It is situated with perfect sunrise and sunset views in the winter. A lot of thought went into this with layout and quality. Very quiet over the Christmas week.

This is a really cool spot and a great location! Beautiful view sitting up on the ridge looking out over the valley and the mountains . The food was good. We had some sangria both red and white that were really delicious. The the portions on the food could have been a little bit larger. But maybe that was just what we ordered. They were cooking hamburgers outside on the flat top and they smelled and looked delicious. Will definitely go back up here again

The rooms were dirty. Stains on pillows and blankets. The service was terrible I understand having younger people to do simple tasks but I was served by a young girl Kira I believe and she tried but was not very professional or polite. The plate my meal was on was very dirty beyond just from the food I got . The only good thing about this place was the view other than that I do not recommend.

My family and I love this place. We've been all over Rim Country, and hands-down, this is our favorite stop. We have taken many friends there, and they have all raved about it. It's easily one of the most beautiful places in Arizona. We usually try to go on weekends when there is live music and a great coffee shop and cafe. The musicians are always very good, and the food is so good. Weekdays at the Lodge are peaceful and healing.

The rooms are all personally furnished and beautifully decorated by the owners, and they are perfectionists. The views are truly breathtaking, both from the rooms and outside on the grounds. They provide every possible amenity for their guests.

We have met the owners, Lisa and Brian. Nice folks with great vibes. They have worked hard to build this special place, and to provide a fun and unique experience. Whether you're staying overnight or just visiting for a day you'll love it. If you haven't been there, you have to go.
