I’ve been meaning to do this review, this is probably the worst managed esthetician i’ve met.
I originally had a new patient appointment with her and had me waiting for almost a hour, (she told me she got the times confused) If it was the other way i would’ve been charge for a no show! (i live 50 minutes away from her establishment). i drove off and she asked me if i could come back in. That was already off to a bad beginning, i decided to give her the benefit of the doubt and went again (she was late on the second appt too, which was my last). I purchased a whole line of face reality for my textured and blackhead prone skin, my skin was so irritated. I contacted another esthetician to give me some advice and she mentioned i was using too much of everything, i was using some items from the dermatologist which i had told her (brooke) & it was the another esthetician who told me i had to wait TWO WEEKS before i put another active on my skin. she ( other esthetician) told me the steps i should take and i noticed a huge difference. I decided i wanted to return the items (from face reality) and it was so difficult to go back and forth with her. She mentioned after the return that normally all sales are final, but it’s from a website not from her services? (i had to do all the return process, print, ship out, pay for the return). Also, on my second appt which was also my last i went to a “follow up” for my face reality treatment it lasted no more then 5 minutes and she charged me around 65 i don’t 100% remember and she barley even took a look at my skin she just wiped something on my skin and told me i was ready to go. To sum it up if you want a esthetician that curses the first day you guys meet, is a mess, makes you wait a hour and is always late this is the one ladies and gentlemen! I’m not sure if she picks and chooses who she is giving good service to but i wasn’t the one. If you guys want a esthetician who is AMAZING checkout rillasante skin therapy in hoover, her work speaks for itself. She might charge a good penny but i would rather pay her then deal with this mess.

April Neely has been a godsend with my hair. And that is an understatement !! Since coming off of chemotherapy two years ago my hair has been breaking and still falling out quickly. She not only transformed my hair and made me more confident but she is excellent at recommending natural products that have changed the whole game with my hair. It is so hard to find someone who is well versed in all of the issues that comes after medication mixes with hair. I will never use anyone going forward. 10/10 recommend!! Do yourself the favor and check her out. You'll thank me later!! (Also helps that she is just the sweetest human, too!)
