Nice venue space, spacious and clean. The only downsides are the lack of parking in front and walking up a long flight of stairs to enter the space. There is no elevator. If your party is all physically able to climb stairs, then this is a great option for you.

There is a commercial kitchen to use, and there are restrooms. There is a dance floor as well. I enjoyed the space. Will consider using it again in the future.

Had a great experience at Local 24. Owner was easy to work with and a great host. Met all our needs and more. The place itself was very well kept and spacious. No complains whatsoever. Bathrooms were clean. Full kitchen. And the esthetic of the place was elegant. With little decoration the hall can become any theme in mind. Again, had a great experience and I will be continuing doing business with Local 24

I've had a couple occasion to visit this establishment, once as a guest for a Vow Renewal & the other time for my own personal event, my Business Launch Party on 8/25/2021. Jesse the owner & his staff are absolutely amazing!! Jesse was very accommodating in every way. I told him what I desired and he and his staff made my vision come to life in such a elegant way. I love this place and look forward to continued business in the future.

Its ok. Place is nice. Its a good size for like 50-80ppl. Has a nice dance floor. Its in 2nd floor. Has its kitchen, bathroom for men and also women, and a bar where you gotta pay like $7 per drink. Not sure if it's more expensive since the lemon margaritas were $7 for like a 6oz cup. Has front and back entrance.

It's I nice space for a small event. I was there for a baby shower and we all fit comfortable. The only odd thing is it's on top of a store front so you have stairs that split part of the banquet in half.
