Worst salon and worst customer service, I was there to do my nails and they said we are busy but one person is available and I told them I don’t want the guy he didn’t do it good last time and they said there is a lady she can do, I said I have 60 min only they said okay.The lady started doing my nails and I had to do nail extensions I had two nails out there were old extensions she just used two new nails and while she was filling all mg 10 fingers had different shape and I showed her and she said I will call the manager. Manager came with her attitude and I was so nice to her and said I work in the mall too and she said I don’t care where you work and I said I am just saying about customer service. Then she started filling my nails with all pressure and was not even seeing if she is doing on my nails or my skin , I started bleeding and when I showed her she said oh sorry and then after all that happened she charged me and gave me $5 discount. There was a lady I did nails with her before and she started yelling at me saying you have just 60 minutes, I said I get it but you are pro in the Bussiness you should have told me it will take more then 60 min and she didn’t listen and kept on yelling. I don’t know who owned this salon but whosever ownes it should go and see what they are doing not professionall.

I stumbled in here while doing some last minute holiday shopping to get a gel mani. It was quick and great quality at a reasonable price. While I wouldn’t normally go to the mall to get my nails done, I would come back here!

Sad. Spent $88 for a mani pedi, just for my beautiful nails to peel within 2 days. That’s insanity. I’ve never had a gel nail set peel so quickly. Not sure if it didn’t cure enough or the artist didn’t paint them correctly, but what a waste of money. You can see in the photos the one mail peeled at the top, and all around the edges are lighter in color as they’re starting to lift as well. Glad I did regular polish on my toes, since it’s lasting longer than the GEL!! I would have gone back if I lived in the area, but was only here for a wedding. Good thing I got them the day of my event! DO NOT RECOMMEND

PLEASE, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, DO NOT COME HERE! They are inexperienced amateurs at basically every service they offer, but especially eyebrows. They messed mine up so bad that it brought me to tears. Despite my complaint, they still forced me to pay for a service I didn’t like. Please learn from my mistake and stay AWAY from this place. I would give this place 0 stars, but unfortunately, 1 star is the lowest I can go. If you’re in the Bay Area, I highly recommend the Art of Thread in Oakley/Brentwood.

I have been going here for a year now and Gina is the best nail tech I have experienced in all my years of getting my nails done..she doesn't do designs but her attention to details and meticulous manner is why I keep driving 35 minutes. She does such a good job filling and pampering my nails that I only have to go once a month. She is that good! I recently took a break to let my nails breathe and when I went She saw that my nails weren't ready. She could have easily went ahead on did them to get paid, but she cared enough to tell me to come back in 2 weeks. I was disappointed but she cares. It's worth $$$$ in my book.

Kimberly is the one who is the keeping this place up! She’s amazing. She’s been doing my daughters nails ever 2 weeks and she’s seriously an artist! She’s good at what she does and doesn’t make you feel any way. She just goes to town and does her thing. This place has been around since I was a kid. It use to be downstairs a long time ago. The people then are what started this place. I read the reviews and spent time in this place. I would say the reviews are wrong but also it all starts with you and how you enter and how you treat them, then they treat you accordingly to your behavior. They see allot of mean aggravated people all day, be nice!

The worst nail salon I ever went to. Wanted cute valentine nails and showed them a picture. My nails looked nothing like the picture and worst nail design ever. I had to cut off my nails when i got home what a shame i paid $65 just to come home and cut my nails. ALSO NOT TO MENTION HE FILED SO ROUGHLY IT GAVE ME A HUGE CUT UNDER MY NAIL AND HE DIDN'T STOP FILING AT THAT POINT EITHER even though I was bleeding. If you're expecting a professional manicure this isn't the place for you... find someone else. Never going back to this place ever again
