We LOVE supporting family owned little businesses and restaurants! We had the popcorn shrimp basket with a cup of chili and the Philly cheese steak sandwich. Wow the chili was amazing! Served super hot. Perfect for a below freezing day adventure. It was a ton of food that we couldn’t even finish the whole meal here. Everything was delicious and the service was amazing. The inside of the place is very cute and decorated like an old fashioned diner. This place seems to get alot of business which I’m happy about. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a local meal at anytime of the day in Fairbanks.

Great Food and Excellent Service at Little Richard’s Family Diner

My visit to Little Richard’s Family Diner was a pleasure from start to finish. The black coffee was remarkably good, enjoyed best without any additions—a rare find. The food overall was satisfying and served quickly, with the French dip and curly fries, and the ham and cheese sandwich with onion rings all hitting the spot. Each dish was well-prepared and generously portioned, making them ideal for sharing.

The children especially enjoyed their burgers, which they rated a 9 out of 10, a high commendation from young diners.

What truly enhanced our meal was the exemplary service. The staff were friendly and fast, making sure everything we needed was taken care of promptly and with a smile. This level of attentiveness made our dining experience even more enjoyable.

For anyone looking for a place that offers tasty meals in a welcoming atmosphere, Little Richard’s Family Diner should definitely be on your list. The ample portions and quick service ensure a satisfying visit every time.

Amusing signs all over the walls to keep you entertained during your very short wait for delicious food! I got the bison burger with no bun and regular fries. My mom got the club sandwich with sweet potato fries.

A must to visit if you’re ever in Fairbanks, AK!!! Great dining experience, located just 10 mins north of Eielson AFB traveling on AK-2. Tasty food, friendly atmosphere, and large serving portions. I highly recommend bringing the family, my visit included four adults and two children four and under.

Googled best breakfast spots and found Little Richard’s! My boyfriend and I enjoyed a great breakfast of eggs, crispy hash browns, reindeer sausage and one of those amazing pancakes they are know for. (They stop serving pancakes at 11 AM and we just missed the time, but the owner was so gracious and made room on the grill.)

Fun atmosphere, attentive staff and really delicious food. Highly recommend!!

Cute little restaurant with that nostalgic classic diner feel. My family really enjoyed all the decor and reading the funny signs while we waited for the food. Our waitress was very personable and friendly. We ordered the tomato basil soup, a grilled cheese, a burger, and the chili. Everything was good but nothing was exceptional

Great food & fantastic service! Would recommend this place if you’re in this area. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries. Hubby ordered the eggs with reindeer & buffalo sausages. French toast was to share. It was a lot of food lol but kept us full for a very long time.
Our server was really sweet. 5 stars.
