The massage was good while it lasted. The lady terminated my massage 30 mins early. She said “next time you can do an hour” and still expected a tip. People were constantly coming in and another staff member can to my door to talk to her during the massage. Very unprofessional.

I booked a couple’s massage for my husband and I to enjoy together. His back had been hurting for a couple weeks, and I had some tension in my upper back and neck that could really use some deep tissue work! When I called, they were very accommodating even booking our appointment the same day on short notice. We both enjoyed the massage very much and were even treated with a nice box of chocolates at the end. Thank you Lily massage, for the wonderful date night! FYI - I was originally given a flyer for Lily massage weeks ago by a neighbor in Chelsea who said I should see Emmy for a great massage! Her reputation speaks for itself 🙂 My husband had Emmy this time, but I will be back for a massage from her soon!

The two masseurs were very friendly, inviting, and accommodating. Both gave very good massages, we will definitely be back!
They got my husband and I in for massages on short notice and it was very relaxing and worth it!
We were given a very nice box of chocolates too!

Terrible, Rude and extremely unprofessional.
The staff do not know how to properly give massages. They alternate workers in the middle of your massage, don’t even tell you, then speak in Chinese in front of you and leave the door open while your getting your massage. The lady that gave me my massage had a cold and was blowing her nose the whole time while massaging me with only one hand. The location itself is dirty and outdated and has a bad odor. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone. You wonder how they stay in business.

Quality went wayyyyy down. I took an appointment but they keep extending my wait every 20mins until it was close to 1 hour. They make you pay upfront so you don't have a choice to go out as they donot know how to refund the transaction. Staff keep attending the phone calls and they donot know how to give a proper massage. Total Waste of your time & energy.

I pulled a deep muscle in my middle torso/back - you know the area you cannot even reach to scratch. I took anti inflammatory meds and muscle relaxers for a couple days but no significant improvements. I called Lily Massage and got a same day appointment. She knew why I was there and she worked diligently, focusing on that area for the better part of my hour. I left there significantly better than I arrived snd I plan to make Lily Massage part of my routine upkeep. Thank you!

I was in a severe motorcycle accident in 2017. Broke my left shoulder and compression fractured ALL of the ribs in my back on the left. Never been the same since, and it is a constant pain. The worst is it will cramp up on that side, underneath the shoulder blade, which causes so much pain I cannot sleep or do any activity. Lily massage is my go to for relief on those occasions. In an hour, the therapist has me loosened up, easily cutting 3 or 4 days off the time required to recover. She seeks out and finds the cramped tissues and works the cramp out. Her massage is like magic, she begins with bearable pressure, and slowly increases until she is deep into the tissue where the pain radiates from, and somehow always manages to give pronounced relief to this hard to manipulate area where my injury gives so much trouble. I go in unable to lift my left arm above my shoulders, and leave with range of motion restored and smooth. A little tender for a day or two, then normal (for me). Before finding Lily massage, those cramps would last 3 or 4 days, then another 3 to 5 days to move freely again.
With her skill at massage, instead of a week to 10 days, I am, able to feel better the same day, and a couple days later am back to normal. activities and can sleep at night.
I highly recommend this place for massage to anyone, especially those with nagging problems due to injury or strain. This woman is most excellent, I would say she is gifted as well as knowing how to properly perform beneficial massage therapy with the least discomfort when one is injured and in pain. Very professional, caring, and skilled. A five star establishment, always excellent results. I've used her 4 or 5 times, and always been well pleased with the results of her efforts. I would say this establishment is among the very best available in the area.
Most excellent service, listens to her customers and responds to individual needs of her clients.
