I found this place via a Instagram ad. The promotion was for a non-surgical face lift for 59.00$ and it required a 20$ deposit (important). First they called and text several times for confirmation, even after o spoke to someone and confirmed via text (fine). I arrived early because I didn't want to be late, due to parking etc. Spoke to person at front desk (friendly) tried to sell other treatments but I've been to places like this before and was clear on why I was there(no pressure). Went downstairs for treatment and person was (cordial) as a new client id expect explanation about procedure, etc , i had to ask what she was doing, side effects, what to expect etc, as a client you should have better customer service skills, the client shouldn't have to ask(smh). Fine, I'm done in go back upstairs (took about an hour) and I go up to pay. I'd paid a 20$ deposit, the procedure was 59$ so it should be 39$ right? (Ok), I told her I paid the deposit yet she shows me an invoice for 49.00$, I look at it and suggested tip (,i give 10$) because I am a decent person. I know what she charged was wrong. The service was mediocre, and I got shady vibes from the beginning with all the text and calls prior. I won't be returning and suggest the establishment do better with customer service and financial business dealings.

I had the best time with Sydney at my treatment! She’s amazing and kind. After I met with Anna and she’s very nice and beautiful! Very knowledgeable and helpful. I’m so happy I got the treatment. And coming again.

I came across the $59 promotion for the Microdermabrasion & Detox facial at Lilly Beauty Medical Spa and was excited to try it out. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected.

When I arrived at the spa, there was no one at the reception desk. After waiting a while, one of the staff members came out and informed me I’d need to wait 20 minutes despite having a scheduled appointment. This was frustrating, as I had specifically booked a time and wasn’t just walking in.

After the wait, another staff member said she was ready to do the facial. However, when I entered the room, it was quite dirty. There was no gown available because they were being washed, and I was handed a towel to cover myself instead. The facial itself was average at best.

Considering the overall experience, I was very disappointed. Paying $86 (the promo price of $69 plus tip) felt like a waste. I would be extremely unhappy if I had paid the regular $250-$350 for this. The whole experience felt unprofessional and like a total scam.

I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.

This is one star for the workers in this salon, but they lie in their offers just to take my money. They said that the offer takes an hour. I finished after 15 minutes. I hate this kind of lie. I do not advise anyone to try their offers. If you see a result, this is after they took a lot of money. It was a scandalous experience and this is my second experience. I did not want to judge them from the first time, and now I am sure.

Parking is virtually impossible but you can almost always bank on finding a spot even if you have to circle the block a couple times. The front office is very clean and the ambience is wonderful.. staff are thorough, helpful, intuitive & knowledgeable. Courteous & friendly. The stairs leading down are a bit steep & lucky for me I'm short 5'1 so the low ceilings in the room weren't an issue... But even if you're 5'4 or 5'5 it will be a duck duck be sure not to hit your head.

I have been going here for several months now. Doing micro needling and HIFU and I’m very pleased with the results just half way through my program. They are professional, knowledgeable, helpful and really nice. Idan has been great to work with and Sonya and Mary are wonderful with the treatments. Highly recommend!

I have never written a negative review before but I do not want this to happen to someone else....I purchased a package at Lilly Beauty Med Spa for $927 and they have not answered any of my calls or emails to book appointments to receive services. I have tried going there a few times during normal business hours and they are never open. I needed to speak to someone to switch my package to another service because the first time and only time I've actually been to Lilly Beauty I had a horrible allergic reaction to the treatment I purchased this package for. Not realizing this until the next day, I have been trying to get ahold of someone to help me since then and that was March.

I have even gotten AMEX involved to dispute the charge and Lily Beauty went on record saying that I purchased $927 of products in store and they have a no return policy. This is a lie, I have never purchased products from this med spa, this charge was for a package of future services only.

DO NOT BUY INTO A PACKAGE AT THIS MED SPA - they try and bully you after a promo service, claiming for that day only they will give you a discounted rate on a package. Its just a scam.
