Ken was my nail tech and he did a great job, amazing attention to detail and did not rush. He spent time shaping the nails to perfection, and they look amazing. The photos speak for themselves! The only BIG complaint I have was that I was quoted 61$ online which matched their online prices, but charged $76 at checkout. I had a feeling they did not expect us to tip for a certain reason, so the price was not the same as what was advertised online or over the phone. However, the nails are gorgeous, just not sure I can afford going back or trust that they will charge what they say they will. If this had not happened they’d get a 5 star.

As professional as they were, they just moved a little TOO fast for me! I didn't like having my cuticles pulled out so quickly, I felt the pain of it. 😩 I'm sorry!
The hands weren't so bad and I appreciate the good job on the nails. God bless you all.

Absolutely fantastic! I will be back again. They fixed a mess from another salon and left me feeling beautiful 😊. I will definitely recommend to others. Mia took care of everything and re assured me I was in good hands. Best service I have experienced in quite a long while.

DONT GO HERE!!

I’ve been here 3 times and all 3 times(with different people each time) they have drilled into my beautiful nail beds and ruined them. They will give you damaged nails beds and rings of fire on your nails.

Both of my pointer fingers have been damaged severely(cut in half due to the excessive drilling), and my pinky as-well. The last time I went there the girl literally drilled so hard into my pinky, and yes i told her and she seen me flinching n she continued to do it. I now have a fractured pinky nail bed and it seems to have a cut with air stuck inside which takes forever to heal. About 4 of my nails have been in pain due to them. Absolutely ruined my nail beds.

I got french tips. They make the nails too thin. It’s like they aren’t heavy duty friendly and snap in an instant even when you hit them lightly. Its like they want them to break so you can come back more often. I asked for them to be thicker and she put the tiniest layer as if that was going to do anything. They are also rough with buffing and removing past nails.

I know my nails are about a few weeks old but you can clearly see how it’s still irritated and red because they drill so deep and damage the nail closest to the cuticle when they first do them.

Candy did my gel manicure and pedicure and was AMAZING. She was super quick but thorough and did an incredibly detailed design. Even though I live about 20 minutes away, I will be returning.

Prices doesn’t match what’s on their website. I paid $76 for French fill in with design ( red lines) . I haven’t paid that much for a full set ! They also tried to talk me into a new set, I just had a full set few weeks earlier ! Also, pink gel doesn’t match . There’s a difference in color at the top of my nail. They couldn’t explain why they charged me so much more either. Customer service was awful, very disappointing experience . They don’t care about losing a customer. I’m not going back

I’m DISCUSSED I ABSOLUTELY HATEEEEEE my nails. Amy is the absolute WORSE! I informed her I didn’t like the shaping of my nails she loved extremely to fast with my fullest it was a complete disgrace as if she didn’t want to service me. Even after telling her can you please shape my nails better than this. My thumb looks so unpleasant that I can’t even put into words. She moved so fast the client on side of me was sitting half way done before she even got started on me and I still was done first. I told her I think you need to slow down she continue to rush through my service. After giving my card to pay she place my card on the counter after I gave her my card in her hand. I furious and just disgusted at the way I was treated today. Everything about my service today my full set is a damn disgrace. My nails are fat and ugly
