Called in at about 10am to secure an appointment at 12pm, came in at 12 and waited half an hour before I was attended. Ridiculous, I called to secure an appointment due to being in a rush and you would expect a business to honor THEIR SET TIMES. Never coming back. This is my second time giving them a try, the first time I decided to go somewhere else since they weren’t able to fit me in which is understandable but this time they stated they would have time and obviously did not have time to honor our scheduled appointment. Don’t come here unless you wish to waste your time.

Upped my original rating to 3 stars because Phil did a wonderful job on my nails. If you are not in a rush this place is worth the wait. Phil got the shape and color exactly as shown in the picture I brought in as inspiration, may be going back just for him. Fill cost me $45 for dip powder and Phil made sure to choose the exact color as the picture I took as inspiration.

I found Lena’s today, by happy accident after I was unable to get into my “regular” nail salon as a walk-in (understandably). Neither business could have known just how much I needed that little moment of care today and it probably could have gone either way at any given moment in time, but I’m so grateful that the day happened the way it did. My technician was John and he literally performed miracles on my tired, old feet! (P.S. thank you!) I will be back. Highly recommend.

I went to Lena’s nails for the first time today having recently moved to Fair Oaks. John was my nail technician and he was excellent. A joy to talk to and he gave me some excellent advice on foot care. I will definitely be back!

My friend and I came for basic gel pedicures and it was amazing, we will be truing the other Pedi packages as well in the future. Staff was very friendly and kind, they listened and were patient with use while we figured out what we wanted also they took their time making sure we were happy and well cared for. The salon was very well lit, clean, the decorations and music/TV were tasteful and appropriate for all ages. We enjoyed our time and appreciate how great of a job they did.

I’m finally gave this place a chance. I couldn’t be happier. Everyone was kind, the environment was friendly, and it was very clean. I was skeptical at first because it was mostly male employee, but I couldn’t be happier. Paul was very sweet and took his time. I’m a fat bodied individual and both the chairs and employees made me feel welcome and comfortable. They’re my new go to.
