She’s nice (owner). She was communicative when scheduling the appointment.

During the service I asked for less intensity and she didn’t understand.
Shoulders and neck should be done while facing up, she insisted doing them while I was face down.
When paying she requested a $40 tip. I believe she’s the owner so why not just charge the full price? After paying there was no line on the receipt for “tip”. Why not just charge a the full price? Why advertise one price then charge another?

The worst ever. I was given a Groupon certificate for mother’s day. I called on mother’s day to get an appointment and was told to call back on Monday because she was short staffed. Called on Monday and was told the same thing, I called a couple more times after that and still no appointment. Called today to make an appointment for tomorrow, she told me call tomorrow nobody is here. I asked if I would be able to get an appointment if I called tomorrow and she replied with I don’t know call back tomorrow and hung up.

Great massage. Hot rocks too. A little rough at first but clean sheets and the ladies cleaned their hands before and after, overall a nice experience.
