In all transparency, I asked if I could change my monthly due date because of where my paychecks fall and they refused. I have stayed here all summer and winter and have continuously paid between 4 and 14 days late with all late fees. I paid for a 2 (100 lb) gas tank set up, where they didn't hook it up right and the gas leaked out twice. I thought it was on my end, but it wasn't, and wasn't reimbursed when I finally noticed the smell when the direction of the wind changed. Sometimes they say I owe one thing and write me a bill and sign it and then call later saying I have a higher bill and they made a mistake. I paid up every time. The showers they only clean supposedly once a week during the winter because they are less busy per management. Dirt rings in the toilets, mold under floor shower mats, and hair hanging from a bolt for over a month in the shower. I had my sewage drain pipe slashed in the summer, people walk through my site and their tracks in the snow led to their trailer and management said they couldn't do anything, someone left a peed on snowball on my picnic table, and management said they couldn't do anything. Now, like almost always, I can't pay rent because I opened a new, local checking account and put a transfer of money to pay. I showed them the amount transferred and it was supposed to be available in 3 days, but it now is available per the bank in 7 days. The campground owner (Robin) said they don't care. Not to mention they were very prejudice against Latino campers and charge visitors (even if it is only for a partial day to say hi to me). Oh, yes....water smells and their small lake/pond is full of algae in the summer. I put up with it because I need to sell my house first, but took employment near their campground. I am not totally in the right, but with what I put up with, it is insane. Not to mention I only sleep there at night and go home on the weekends. One more thing, police were at the campground one month about twice a week. Someone naked, a trailer fire, and domestic disputes.

Went with a pull thru. Second time out with our camper, still was learning it. We have camped for years with a pop up and tents. This place is above average with a few cool things, and one not so cool thing. Bluegill pond was great action, but parking could have been more better. Loved the firewood delivery and guide to your site. All these complaints of the pot holes are from the kind of people that would complain their truck got dirty going down a gravel road.

Love this place. Especially on cool summer nights and during the fall when you can smell all the crisp campfires! And in the winter, having a hot shower in the office/ laundry & bathhouse is a plus! Staff is very attentive and I have made some great friends here!

Beware of the place, don't waste your time here. They say the resort should not be called that should be "RV TRAILER PARK". Because a lot of it is people that live there so they happily take your money and be rude after. I stayed in a tent site in the blazzing sun like really no tree's and being hot they wanted me to pay more money $20 and charge me to stay in a RV spot with having so many open just very inconsiderate people. They worry too much about there grass rather then taking care of there POTHOLE BEWARE VERY BAD BIG HOLES throughout the whole RV TRAILER PARK! Also beware they have so many people living close togther there was a camper got went up in fire, They ended up losing water and electric threw my stay they for many hours. They locked up the building, keeping my family from the bathrooms and showers. Ask for a refund since I was in a tent and hot out and not able to rest in tent. Also, their place is located a few blocks away from the main hwy 90 so loud all the time. Also, the house near the property plays loud Spanish music all day and late into the night. Also some roosters as neighbors and geese being loud in the morning. The building is dirty and is not cleaned, and bathrooms seem to not get cleaned at all my time there other then the trash taken out. In the women's bathroom they don't supply trash cans in the bathroom they expect you to plunge the toilet that's what employees are for to take care of the place just stupid note put threw out there one whole building they have for the whole park to use no other bathrooms but 3 each and 3 showers they are expecting too much from their guest and not giving anything. One trash area and no trash cans threw out the property and no lights to see at night. There play sets they have for the kids are not safe seems like they will go crashing down since not in ground just not safe for kids. I can say only thing nice about the place was the dog park and that they offer some paddle boats and kayaks but I didn't get to use because they don't open office till 1pm was busy in evening. And when they lost power, they left for the day, just all just a bad experience from that place. Wish I would of stayed the one night and went somewhere that would of offered better service to people who tent and their guests and pride into there place.

Before I started my review, I would like to said, I am glad I did not have time to read any review prior to booking. Not all reviews match our experiences. We travel a lot of places. We travel at least once a month, and blow is our honest review:
We just want a local place to go and relax. We travel a lot and a lot of time we like to do some activities. This time, we just want to chill. This place was perfect for us. The staff were able to fulfill our wish to have a waterfront RV site.
First of all, the staff are wonderful. When we got there, it was pouring rain and caused a tree to fall down and block the entrance gate. The owner did offer another site for us to stay for the night while they get the tree out of the way. We decided to just wait. When they got the tree out, and we got to our RV site, it was pouring rain again. The site staff got out in the rain to guide us back into the site.
The campground was quiet and just want we needed.
People complain about the water, keep in mind you are on the campsite, not a luxury hotel or home. I have been to a bigger campsite and their water were worse than this one.
The bathhouse was well kept and clean. They have paddle boats and other waterequipments free to use. We did not use any.
Our experiences overall were positive.

My experience here was less than desirable.
1) The water was metallic at best. We had to scrub the shower to clean the rust colored stain off the wall and floor.
2) There were oversized holes in the road. One in front of the trailer spot that I stayed in. I asked on several occasions for rock to be put in the hole. I like keeping my truck clean and driving through the mud hole every day was aggravating.
There's other things I didn't like about this place. Unfortunately, though, I had no other choice because I was in the area working.

Very peaceful place to be. The landowner and all of the staff are very kind and knowledgeable. Be sure to go no faster than 5mph, as there are wild life everywhere.

This RV park is amazing. The landscapers come by every week to cut the grass and clean up the park. The dog park is clean. The monthly rates are quite decent. The office hours are short. The service is excellent the accommodations is amazing. The RV park is close to the highway so there is noise from traffic. It's not too bad there is a noise barrier between the park and the highway. I have not tried the Wi-Fi here but there are repeaters throughout the park. They have the typical RV park rules and they are strict about them. Yes they are good with warnings. They seem to pay closer attention to improper parking and driving over the speed limit which is 5 miles an hour. The roads are gravel but they are riddled with potholes which helps people keep this 5 mph speed limit. They have full hookup sites, water and electrical sites, a seasonal area, a lake with a beach that allows swimming, everyone here is friendly. They allow ups and Amazon deliveries but not US mail deliveries must be sent to the campsite not the main office. I've been here twice my first time was 2 weeks my second time was 3 months. For the sites without sewer they offer a truck to come by and empty your tanks weekly for $100 a month. Their camp store has firewood and other desirable items. Their laundry machines are clean and for the most part kept up and running. There are showers are clean and the water is nice. The water at the campsites however does have a metallic taste to it so make sure you have a good filter if you drink from your receptacles. I have had no issues with the electric even with some pretty nasty storms that came by this past month. The water didn't need to be turned off for 2 days for repair. They did call and give notice and recommended you fill your tank. Even during the repair the water was turned on for a few hours in the evening. They have propane but sometimes you have to wait for it to be delivered back to your camper. All in all great campground.
