I’ve been to this place several times. It’s my go to nail shop. The massage chair is decent. The lady who does my eyebrows hooks me up nice with a good waxing and tint. Be is the guy who’s done my pedicures the past couple of times and he’s so sweet. Gives good foot massages too. I recently came the day before my wedding to be treated like a princess 👸🏽. I got a pedicure and the polish came off 2 of my toes by that same evening but I came back in the morning of my wedding and Be quickly fixed it with no problems. I appreciate great customer service. Thank you Be! ❤️

I came here with my friend to get our nails done. The lady who did my toes and my feet did a horrible job. She put too much polish on the nails creating a bubble and the polish came off and was tacky underneath. She didn’t trim my cuticles and push them back. Then she was taking her long sharp nail and kept scraping it against my fingers to get the polish off. I wanted to get designs on my nails and they told me they couldn’t do anything I was asking unless I paid extra to get tips added. When I went up there to speak to the manager they said he wasn’t in and would be there at 3. So I waited around and came back just for him to say he couldn’t give me my money back. Paid $75 for my birthday nails to come out looking like a 5 year old did them.

I will never go back here ever again!! Ladies and Gents please be careful I caught a fungus on my nail and it got infected so bad I had to go to urgent care. I’m very disappointed and upset I paid all my money and now my finger has been in so much pain it’s a shame

DO NOT COME HERE! They gave my sister a nail infection. She got her nails done the first week of July and not even a week later felt intense throbbing in her thumb. She had to be prescribe antibiotics to take care of the infection this nail salon GAVE her from not properly sanitizing their tools. Her finger formed a large blister and she was in pain for weeks. Do not come to this place you will regret it. They are unprofessional and dirty! 0/10 I wish I could give them no stars.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SHOP.
They are Unprofessional and unclean
I recently just left the urgent care because the owner who did my nails on 8/3/24 gave me an infection that left my finger swollen and full of puss and blood . I had to get Huge needled in my finger to release the puss . And when that didn’t work they had to do a small
Incision . John the owner denied doing this also said that i hit my finger my finger was literally almost green .stated he’s never seen nothing like this when in fact that was a lie he did a gurl a few week prior to me and she’s viral on tik tok . Then they had the nerve to move to a new location .. DO NOT GO HERE VERY FILTY VERY DISGUSTING

I’ve been going here for a while, but since they made it bigger I think they hired people who may not know what they’re doing. I’m so disappointed in this pedicure. She didn’t even clean up the sides but I was in a rush and didn’t look closely. My big toe is also not shaped

They gave us snacks and they’re so fast and efficient.
The guys there are so funny and the place is clean.
