Worst manicure I’ve ever had. I had to go back and get my nails fixed, asked for square French tip to fix previous nails and left with crooked lumpy uneven nails.

Nothing else to say other than I love this place. Ive tried them all and over again. I left Lavish to do this and I learned my lesson. I'll never leave again unless I move! Lol

I walked in without an appointment and was seen in less than 10 minutes by Kim for a new set. She wanted me to try a coffin shape with ombre glitter and I'm so happy with how my nails turned out! The salon itself is very nice, clean, and spacious. I will be going back to see her again!

Zero stars. I called to book a therapeutic manicure, therapy pedicure and full set of pink powder acrylic nails. Before booking my appointment I asked about how much the services would be and was quoted correctly for the mani and pedi but when it came to the acrylic set the man on the phone quoted me $50. I told him the website lists this at $40. He told me that was for a fill. I stated that the website lists a full set for $40. He said let me call you back. He did, then the price went to $55. I listed off the prices from their website for the different nail sets. He said I cannot tell you what the website has listed and I said well I can. He said then don’t come here. Done! I will spend my money elsewhere!!! To be clear when I book appointments I ALWAYS ask the price. Often I’m seeing prices listed on websites and upon arrival there are differences. Whenever a business has a websites and lists prices for services I expect them to be current and up to date, if they can’t be bothered then I can’t be bothered to give them my money. Too many other choices.

I am new to the area and I have been dying to find a good nail salon ever since we moved and I am so glad I found Lavish Nails!! They were so nice and efficient and the pedicure and full set I got turned out so beautifully! I even got an ombré full set which I never had before and I love them!! I will definitely be going back!

Got my nails done by the owner Jason he did such an amazing job making sure my nails came out exactly how I wanted them too with no issue making me feel comfortable with what I wanted, I’ve came here for the past few months n 10/10 best place I’ve gone to with there costumer service ,art work ,and nail durability I’ve gone to almost every nail shops in Chico by far best place ! And I’ve also gone to so many people in this shop and they never disappoint !

Love them over here. I just noticed that I haven't reviewed yet, so this is my nails after 2 weeks, still look pretty good. I am always satisfied with there work. Not everyone's style, but this is what I asked for, and I believe they did amazing.
