If i could give a negative rating I would. I had an appointment on 12.31.24, with a few email reminders ( this also lets me know the company is aware of my appointment), I showed up on time, waited and waited...left a voicemail, sent an email, and a FB message to advise that I was waiting outside the door. No one answered...I waited for 30 minutes and left. I even took a selfie to show my presence. I rescheduled a few of my plans to just sit and wait outside of a closed business. I was really looking forward in finding a new business for vitamin injections being that I am new to town and looking for a med spa.
