Two people recommend me here. One lady was my therapist, I liked the glow on her face so I asked where she gets her facials. She gave me the number and person's name. The second girl is a client where I work and I liked her leashes. I asked where she goes, gave me the number and the person's name. 3 months passed until I booked my appointment which I lost the number that my therapist gave me. Who would of thought Tiffany is the same person that does both ladies. Tiffany is awesome does a great job! Love the facials my skin is looking better. As for the lashes it was my first time doing them, they looked great! But I'm not used to keeping up with them to much maintenance for me lol. Check out Tiffany she's awesome! Facial was $100 and lashes were$50.

Today was my first time at laurel and ash and my experience was lovely! Esma does wonderful work and is very personable. I was going for a drastic change with >6 inch cut and color - she made my vision come to life and then some! Eryne at the front desk is very helpful and kind as well. Salon is clean, modern and beautiful. I will definitely be back!

Absolutely horrible experience. My sister went here to get a pedicure over Christmas and it was the worst pedicure I've ever seen. It took over 2 HOURS and left with more polish on her skin than on her nails and the paint that did make it on the nail was smudged. That is how her feet looked when she left. I don't even do nails and I would never let a paying customer leave with nails like that. Turns out the girl that was assigned to my sister is a hairdresser and doesn't even do nails. Make sure if you go here that you make sure the person assigned to you is TRAINED and qualified to do your requested service.

I’ve been coming to this salon since ownership changed, and I am so happy with the services I receive here! ALL of the girls here are super nice, very knowledgeable, and talented in their work. I have very long hair, and Esma is excellent with helping me keep it as healthy and beautiful as ever. Danelle is awesome with brows and skincare- she is my go to! I’ve had too many good experiences here to name everyone who’s been a part of it, but I highly recommend this salon! If there’s ever a problem, they are so quick at making it right immediately. These ladies take good, good care of their customers.

I have had many massages with Jaimie - and I highly recommend! Excellent value. Very relaxing. Once she even added some hot stones for no extra charge (but of course that's not to be expected!) My favorite part is the warming table she got recently; it certainly adds to the comfort and relaxation!

My name is Giselle Hargrove, I live in Tennessee and often come up to visit my family who live there in Loved Park. I am a nurse who also is trying to become a doctor and have an unbelievable busy life therefore , I never have time for myself. Often on my trips to visit the family I feel awful not looking my best but my sisters and nieces all get their hair done there and love how beautiful they feel when their hair is done by your salon especially by Esma. She was highly recommended to me and on one of those trips when I finally had time for myself Esma put her especial touch on my hair . She has always made me look and feel so much better. I highly recommend this place to all busy bodies who are looking for a place to make them feel better. Their cosmetic touches are definitely one of a kind !
