I would give 0 stats if that were an option. Our flight was canceled, so United put us up here paying for two nights. We arrived at 3am. The kid at the front desk was not helpful. We asked for a room with 2 beds. We were given a "suite" (I use that term extremely loosely) with a bedroom and a pull out couch in the main room. It was by far worse than imagined. Once you pulled out the bed, there was no way to walk around the bed to put on sheets. We had to crawl across the bed. I could feel every spring in the aged mattress and all the bars from the pull out. After 3 hours of almost no sleep, I fought to get the bed back to a couch, praying it would be more comfortable than the bed. In the afternoon when we woke, we found the toilet was plugged. We asked for a plunger and then maintenance. We were offered another room. Apparently, maintenance went home for the day and no one is qualified to attempt to plunge the toilet. Not recommended unless there are no other options

Stayed here when my flight was cancelled. Arrived at 3.30am, very tired and a bit overwhelmed. The young man on reception was fabulous and patient, he quickly sorted rooms for us and gave us all the info we needed. Breakfast here is a basic but edible. It finishes at 9am and when we came down at 8.30am most of the food was gone and not replenished. There is only 2 small tables for people to eat at, so I assume most people take their breakfasts back to their room? The room itself, whilst slightly dated does what is needed. Beds are comfy and the shower is hot with good water pressure. The heating on the room is good and it's not too noisy.

First and foremost I would like to commend the front desk staff Johnathan for providing our family exceptional customer service in our time of need. We booked and room through a third party and the system glitched and booked a different room instead of the selected one. Johnathan was on the phone for over 15 minutes sorting out the mix up and concluded with providing us an exquisite room. He’s definitely an asset to this company. It is rare to receive customer service where the associate goes above and beyond. 10/10 and definitely returning in the future.

This hotel sucks! My company booked me here and the location in Loomis is so much nicer than the one here in San Francisco. The employees here are slow and do not seem to want to help the guests in anyway. It seems it’s more of an inconvenience for them!!! Also the electrical outlet in the bathroom doesn’t work, cabinet doors won’t stay closed and the facility over all is just dirty. Breakfast is from 6-9 and when I went down at 7 the food was gone and it took 20 minutes for someone lazy ass person from the kitchen to finally come out and check on the food.

Positive: "" Negative: When booking the hotel, I specifically booked two Queens and one sofa bed for 5 people but confirmed with 1 King bed with 1 sofa bed. Initially, the front desk said there was no 2Q/1S available. Upon pushing, he found one with $25 more.

Positive: All inclusive with free use of washing machines and breakfast. Will stay here again. Negative: Nothing really walking distance around, but otherwise excellent accommodation.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, I found the room to be in an unacceptable state of cleanliness, with visible stains on both the sofa bed and the sofa chair. Despite paying for and requesting an accessible room, I was inexplicably switched to a non-accessible room, causing significant inconvenience.

Furthermore, my repeated requests for room service were ignored, even though I hung the appropriate sign outside my door. This lack of service is simply unacceptable.

The breakfast provided was terrible, lacking variety and quality. The hotel itself has an extremely dated appearance, contributing to an overall unpleasant atmosphere. To make matters worse, there was practically no ventilation, making the room stuffy and uncomfortable.

Overall, my experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory, and I would not recommend it to others.

Rooms were very clean and large. The staff could not find my reservation as well as another person from what I overheard. The young man checking us in was incredibly helpful and kind. Breakfast was cereal, bagels and potatoes with coffee. No fruit or juices. I asked for plain cream cheese and never received it. I think with some updating and a better breakfast, this place could be a 4 or 5 star
