The room was clean, well arranged and the right size space, though the air conditioner was a bit noisy. The staff is friendly and efficient. The breakfast was minimum variety, but good enough. Overall very good value. One of the best choices for me to visit this area.

We stayed here when we visited Pleasanton a second time, a decent hotel that is close to Dublin and a number of big companies in Pleasanton. The outside is nice, but the inside is a bit rundown. The included breakfast is small compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at, but it did vary during the week. The hotel itself is also located close to a number of restaurants and grocery stores, and it has easy access to and from the freeways.

On the accessibility side, the roll in shower rooms are quite a bit smaller than the other accessible rooms, and it seemed as if they hadn’t been worked on it in a while. Things like the door handle into the room, the sink disposal, the shower chair all had issues, some of which were resolved when we were there and some we just put up with. Also, things like the soap dispensers were in a decent position, but were too difficult to operate. The hotel itself would also greatly benefit from accessible door openers for the exterior doors, and also the accessible rooms themselves.

It's an older hotel with few upgrades (eg. newer carpet in the rooms). We personally prefer bedside lamps that can be switched on and off from a prone position. It's clean, includes breakfast, and the staff is excellent and very friendly.

This room this hotel. I highly recommend they even have dishes for you to cook with but not know until the last day I was there. But that's okay because I hope to return soon. TV was nice. No static. The sound was clear. Rooms had no smell. Full-size fridge, microwave, coffee pot. Great location. A few good restaurants surrounding this and a food market. Also has a great upscale market that sells wine and other goods. The staff was very helpful. Professional the breakfast more than meet the standards. The black tea was good. The food was good and the lighting was perfect. There's also an outdoor patio with a nice fire to sit down with friends or family to relax and enjoy a nice conversation.
