Stopped in here quite accident b/c we saw the Cheyenne capitol building from the freeway then wanted a coffee.
Has a white coffee shop, but the library is phenomenal! 3 floors, study rooms, kids floor, dozens of computers. A beautiful and high tech library.

Laramie County library is our favorite place to go. We find all our favorite stuff there like great books great music, great games and great movies and other things to just learn about my favorite thing I like about this library is that I wanted to do some research about bullying There wasn’t a lot in the library, but I thought it was so cool. They gave me paper so I can get some more books and information requested have them added to the library. I thought that was so cool so I can get more education and more knowledge on bullying. I thought it was so cool. I will come back here again and again for the activities and fun things that you can do here and just more adventures and more fun that they offer here at the library. It is the most coolest and funnest place here in Cheyenne Wyoming. I love it. Hang out come and check out🙏💋😇😘😎🥳😋🤓🤩🤟✌️🫶🏽👍🤞🏼💪🏽🤙🏼🙏.

This is one of the coolest libraries we've been to! The kids' section has tons of hands-on interactive educational activities. The teen zone was pretty neat, and as a mother, it gave me peace of mind that only teens are allowed there. I highly recommend a visit if you have a chance.

The library is a very large library with a huge variety of books to choose from. With it's 3 floors you shouldn't walk out empty handed.
They have conference rooms,a little cafe, and your nonfiction books on the first floor.
Moving up to the second floor, you have a floor just for kids and teens/young adults. As you can imagine it's pretty loud or I like to think it's just kids being kids and they're having fun on that floor.
If you need some peace and quiet they have a floor just for that as well up on the third floor with the fiction books and computer lab.
There's also a book store with used books, copiers, printers, notaries, audiobooks,DVDS,etc, that are just some of the other things that the Laramie County Library has to offer. If you haven't been or it's been awhile I'd say check it out. You won't be disappointed!

Excellent resource, one I've used frequently. Great staff, too, who have been so helpful scheduling conference rooms for the Cheyenne Heritage Quilters. I love this library!

Easily one of my daughter's favorite places to visit in the city. We love attending the events at the Library which you can learn about by both their website and monthly pamphlets inside. There are SO many different books to choose from here but don't fret, there are also movies, ebooks and magazines if that's your thing! The little bookstore inside is most definitely worth checking out. They're currently running a summer reading program which earns you AND your little one fun prizes! The cafe is a little small but every time we visit, the food and drinks have been absolutely delicious. Library memberships are FREE here. Who could argue with that? They have rooms for studying and computers to use. Perfect little spot for a coffee date or to take your kids!

We've been going to this library for years, since it first opened actually, but the homeless problem around the library and inside the library is getting out of hand. You go to the first or third floors during the day to find a place to work or read, and there are homeless people passed out on the chairs, some snoring loudly or with an obvious odor. I took my toddler son with me to pick out books on the third floor, and as he was walking around the chairs, he tripped over a sleeping homeless man and all of his belongings. It is very unsafe for all involved. The library is beautiful, well funded, and clean, and it is one of our favorite places that we will continue to frequent, but standards should be maintained for the health and wellbeing of the entire community. There should be rules maintained that no sleeping is allowed in public areas at the very least -- this is the reason for 3 stars.

We quite enjoy this library. Glad to see my exorbitant property taxes going to a good cause. Large building, lots of books and media which they have a good selection and availability. My kids like to play Roblox on the computers. There are 3 large floors, something for everyone. And a small cafe on the first floor.
