Typically, I have great experiences. Couple of small hiccups but nothing that can't be looked past. I went tonight though, and my experience was interrupted several times. About half way through , my masseuse got switched. The first lady was phenomenal , but the second? It just felt like she was wasting time being in there. I am hard of hearing, and no one told me when my session was over. It wasn't until I was getting yelled at for still being in the room that I realized it was over, but my time wasn't up. Especially if you count in the times I was just laying there. Every other time I have gotten a massage there, I ended on my back because they would massage my face and legs. This time I was still face down so I really didn't think it was over. Just seemed like I was an inconvenience. I get things happen and will probably still go back, but the second half of my massage tonight, sucked.

The owner reached out to me and explained what happened. I ended up being taken care of! They are great. I learned my first masseuse's name is Linda. Definitely ask for her! She did so good!

Omg Best experience! Susie was so welcoming upon arrival. She shared other promotions and services there - for informational purposes, no pressure. My therapist was amazing! I had the chair and foot massage combo. She focused on areas of tension on my back and shoulders and leaned in to help relax the area. She checked in with me a couple of times regarding pressure and my comfort. The entire experience was wonderful. I'd definitely go back.

Went in with extreme back pain. Wait time was less than 10 min. Took me back, explained pricing, which was agreeable. $70 for hour, +$20 for cupping(which I asked for). Regarding the massage, very deep and aggressive, yet gentle and caring. Worked on hands, arms, head, face, back, legs and feet. Full body. Went non-stop the entire hour. Best massage I have ever had. So I tipped appropriately. Before I left, she explained and showed me several at home exercises to do that may help relieve my back spasm. Highly recommend!!

Had the most excellent, incredibly skilled 4 hands massage a week or so ago. Very impressed! I have been working on my fitness and flexibility and soreness was much less and range of motion was markedly better. Will definitely be back 🙏

Went here with a group for my daughter's bachlorette party. My first massage experience and it was amazing. They went above to make my daughter's day special, even included a gift for the bride to be. Clean, kind, and professional. Wish there was one close to where I live.

The atmosphere is nice and clean. I had a great massage and would have left a better rating had the lady not twisted my arm for a larger tip. I didn’t have to leave a tip at all, but I gave $10. The lady handed me back the device and said it was “such a small tip” then laughed. I didn’t want to be ignorant and take my tip back entirely for her being so ungrateful. Instead, I left $20 and will never patronize this business again. Massage Envy would NEVER do this.
