Opted for gel nails this time around, than my usual (gel x) and love how they look. However, the second technician was too too heavy handed with nail drill. My nail is as thin as thin can be and feels sensitive. I took off two stars for that. Next time, if I do return, I will be adamant on omitting the excessive drilling.

Also, when I went in today, there was a friendly and accommodating technician that started on my nails. I’ve never seen before but added an additional star because of her! I should’ve gotten her name to book with her. It’s very rare to meet nice technicians at chop shops.

The worst quality I've ever experienced. 🙁 I had gel nails done before going on vacation. The first nail chipped after 2 days, another after 4, and by the end of the week, all of them looked terrible. My natural nails underneath are completely damaged, and I had to cut them all super short. I explicitly asked them not to scrape my nails, as they are thin, but unfortunately, they still caused damage. Even my friend, who had a gel pedicure, experienced chipping after a couple of days – something I've never seen with toenails and gel. The staff is very nice and friendly, but I won't be going back, and now my nails will need a few months to recover.

First and last time! She made my nails really hurt. Scrape so hard and cut my skin until it bleeds.Definitely won't go back. I have to travel abroad this evening. I felt so much pain that I couldn't even wear sneakers. This was a very bad experience.

I have been on the hunt for a good nail salon since moving to the Bay Area. I have tried salons throughout San Francisco that charge $70 for a full set. I had no luck. Princess Nailz only charged $50 for a full acrylic set with colored powder and the whole experience was a 10/10.

I saw the reviews on google for this place and I knew they could shape acrylic nails really well.

Booking an appointment was effortless, and they send text reminders, which I love.

They weren’t busy at all, the technicians are really friendly and the salon is clean.

They offer colored powder!!! Anytime I mentioned this to other salons in San Francisco, they didn’t know what I was talking about. I don’t like gel nail polish and I stick to the same color anyway, so the colored powder is perfect for me.

Overall I think Ive finally found my salon after a year of looking.

My friend used to go to this place and her nails always looked perfect!
Yesterday we went there and there was an old woman who I respect her a lot because she is an old wen and she is working, but she is not professional. This is my nails. Not even and she took a little bit of my skin which still hurts.
So regret that I went there

Feels great to have a professional staff do my nails well. They took their time and really paid attention to detail to ensure my nails were filed the way I wanted it and I wasn't rushed out to leave. Super pleasant experience and I can't stop looking at my gorgeous nails! 🥰

I came here based on the distance from the airport and my hotel. I can say I made a wise choice. Now I read their bad and good reviews and here’s my 2 cents. Yes the place is small 2 pedi chairs and 2 nail stations, but the attention to detail of their cleaning your cuticle is so worth coming. Their massage chairs both work and feel fabulous. Their pedicure is simple. But I can’t stress enough IF YOU WANT YOUR CUTICLE Maintenance TO PREFECTION come here you will be happy there is no fake cuticle chicken peck here. Nope they clean those toes and nails up. I would say the place does look a bit old but I don’t care because the tools are sanitized and the work is perfected.
They did get busy after I arrived. Their banner says walk in welcome but I suggest you go to their booksy online schedule site and book an appointment. They won’t rush your appointment when they see a line of people waiting and I love that. They keep attention to detail. And treat you number one. Just like the next customer. They are fast. They like any spa industry multitask. But come on customers they are human not machine. If you walk in and you see they are in the middle of work yes you will have to wait.
Note their awning still says princess nails but look at the window and you will see their store name LALISA. Overall Both ladies did a fabulous job and I WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK!!

Had me waiting nearly 45 minutes, went to go put coins in my car which took less then 2 minutes.. Had the person that came after me already sitting and starting her set of nails. Ridiculous and unprofessional. Mind you she had said I was only going to wait 30 minutes. Always willing to wait but do not like people taking advantage of my time.
