This is a great place. I love the fact that it is a Gated community. It’s nice to have the lake with a dock and all. A paved track around the lake is nice for walking, biking. It’s a very clean place the staff are very helpful. It’s always clean. Brand new road, they even have their own propane tanks. It’s safe, there are cameras. I really do recommend this place. If all I could speak of was the Gated community that would be enough, but it really is a very nice place to stay.

I own Town & Country Mobile RV Service, and have dealt with Scott and Jenny on multiple occasions in both Lakeview, and Southside. Both resorts are always well maintained, and everyone I have spoken with have always had great verbal reviews pertaining to their stay. Not to mention that Scott and Jenny are both very understanding, and easy to work with.

We were coming through Jonesboro and were looking for a place to stay kind of on the fly. The owners were kind enough to get us a nice pull through site for two nights. The park is in a good location for getting to all the places you’d need in Jonesboro. Overall I had a great experience here and would recommend!

Owners are very nice and helpful. It's a nice rv park that they are working to improve. The wifi is good, if you get the extender they recommend. There is a pond you can fish catch and release. Only downside I've noticed is it is right next to the hwy and train tracks, so if you're sensitive to noise it might not be good.

We are full time tenants here. There isn’t another place around here that we would want to stay. The owners are constantly adding to the resort to make things more convenient for those who stay here. They are kind and always have a listening ear if an issue arises. This is a gated area with a beautiful lake. There is a small laundry room. Beautiful trees and flowers planted. Geese running free with their little babies. If you want a place that feels like home, that is safe for you and your family this is the place. For a night or permanently you won’t be disappointed. I’ve seen some mentioning the freeway. Yes it is next to I 555 but it’s not that loud. I hardly notice it at all.

My family and I have been living there since July and absolutely love it the passcode gate is such a great safety feature to have with a child that loves being outside the manager is amazing and is always willing to help anytime and answers your questions with no hesitation 10/10 recommend and so happy we chose to stay here.

nice place off the highway to relax for the night on my way back home. close to diesel. great price for full hookup, wifi, AND gated / private community.
* i had called for a reservation and was informed they were full up. while continuing to look for other sites, about 20 minutes later the woman i spoke to called ME back informing me someone had cancelled and if i still needed a site she had one for me. HOW NICE is THAT?!?! i couldn't believe it. *

I even showed up a bit late, forgot to call, and she was still polite and patient while i set up waiting for me to get situated and pay her.

sites are clean, up-to-date, and level. Not sure if the woman who checked me in was the manager or owner, i can't remember, but she was incredibly nice and helpful. thank you for a nice, relaxing place where i could recharge and get some sleep before continuing my long drive the next day.

I'm not sure I would call this a resort. No restrooms ,no shower , no pool. Not much to do. There is a nice walking trail around the lake. It is dog friendly and the management was very helpful and friendly. The place was clean and the spaces were big. The one real down side was the freeway on one side and the train on the other made for a somewhat noisy stay.
