The staff is very nice . The rooms are not to any standard , I have ever seen . Have to walk up hill to empty your trash . Dumpsters overflowing with scattered garbage everywhere . One toilet could not be reached by anyone , but a child . Wires hanging down from TV , microwave sounds like a bomb . Affordable , still should meet codes and standards .Smoke detector hanging from ceiling , no battery .

Ask what is included with room . The staff are very nice people , but seems owners want to leave , as is ? There is liability .

Regardless of anything mentioned , Patel and Nick , both have gone out of their way to make my stay enjoyable . Lakeview has provided a clean , safe , and friendly place , at a price point , needed in the market . Whatever is asked of the staff , it is immediately responded to . Thank you to the Lakeview , for providing a needed product for any market .

Very poor wifi that don't work within the rooms, and only works outside, the small rooms bathroom's are too small to use, room service is poor, and very bad to drive through. And you have to pay 10$ for a load of clothes to get done even if it's small, and they don't get back to you with your clothes for over 4 hours even when you're the only load, but it's better than nothing. The price they're asking for small rooms are unexpected as 350$ a week...

As the only choice in a 30min radius, I try to recommend it to all of my out of town friends. It's somewhat walking distance from the Stores and across from the lake. Avoid room #5 unless the replaced the mattress wish a dip in it.The top two rooms are newly renovated,and the outside has a fresh coat of paint. The owner maintains a vegetable garden next door every year.

If you want modern don’t stop here . It’s a older motel but in great condition. The room was very clean . The bed is really comfortable. For $45 a night you can’t beat this place . I would stay here again

I recently went here for a long overdue family reunion. ...the first few days were great. made memories to last a lifetime. the man that checked me in was so nice.....well, the last day check out time was 11am....i was so exhausted I called and offered 20$ for 1 more hour. 12 pm checkout. again, the man was so sweet....He said it was no problem at all.....||when I went, smiling to the office....politely asked if we could run the 20 on the card the woman cut me off yelling NO! give it to me NOW I don't trust that....i was so shaken saying OK no problem....my hands were shaking and I grabbed a 20 that was folded with another bill.....i handed to her and said" just keep the extra"....she started yelling...again, (with a young child by her side might I add) ...NO YOU OWE ME MORE....you stayed later......i was shaking so hard I just went to my car and was telling her she had a nasty attitude and she then yelled Again at me that I had a nasty A*#!||WOW.......||Will NEVER stay there again for as long as I live. thank god my 7 year old son wasn't there to witness it. he rode ahead to the lake with my sister....||and i later found out she yelled at my sister about the money and having to "go get me"......wth?||don't stay there if you want a shred of human kindness

It was a spur of the moment stop due to bad weather in the middle of the night. The place is nice outside. The rooms are very dated and the beds are awful. It was ok for for what we needed it for but I could not see myself staying there for several nights due to the beds.

It's not the Ritz, but it's a decent place to stay for what it is. No WIFI, but nice TV, fridge and microwave in my room. Room furnishings are old but in good shape, and clean. We've stayed here twice and will stay again.

Just not worth the price they ask. From what I have been heard. $72 a night. Looks ok on outside, u do have a good view of the lake. I have never been on the inside.
